We were in town for a lecture at Centre College and just wanted a casual place for a quick dinner that wasn’t a franchise. We parked down town and walked over. It has a bit of a dive feeling, but the staff and customers were great. There were a few families in the back with kids and everyone seemed polite and respectful of each other. The place talks about being dog friendly and though we didn’t dine with any that evening, it was obvious they were welcome. Food was great; they could use a couple things less meat centric for the couples who want something lighter or less meat focused, but the grilled cheese was great and the staff used what they had to accommodate. We’ll definitely be back when we’re in town.

You will not find a better vibe at any other spot in Danville. Also, if you haven’t already been to one of Morley’s annual all-you-can-eat craw fish boils, when you do…yall never miss another! Just come hungry (& thirsty).

Fantastic Family Fun and Food!

Morley’s is a family-friendly restaurant and sports bar. You can go hang out and play games, make stores by a fire pit, watch sports, listen to local live bands, and…eat! Morley has it all, what a brilliant idea.

Now all the food we tried was fantastic. I love that they source their meat from local clean farms. But what I want to brag about the most is the pork…any and all of the pork options…we’re FANTASTIC!!! Like drooling, lick your plate, delicious.

This place is 100% a recommend.

I love Morley’s! I have been here 5-6 times over the last 6 months or so, and every experience has been a good one. The service is always top-notch.

I don’t know any of the staff by name, but I have never been served without a good personal interaction, whether that be a joke or just some information about a beer they’re serving. The bartenders are very attentive and quick to serve, and they know about what they’re serving.

The atmosphere is great! The bar and dining area are open to the outside, so it can get a little toasty, but they have fans. Also, having the front and back of the building open allows for good airflow. It may get a little warm, but it’s never stale or stuffy. Also, there is a LOT of outdoor seating. The “backyard” portion of Morley’s Backyard is really nice. Also, the music has always been on point. The playlist rotates through several genres, so, as someone who doesn’t like country, I can deal with the occasional country song.

The food is really good, too. I usually go there with my girlfriend to have a couple drinks and hang out, so I have only ordered food once or twice, but it was tasty, hot, and fresh. The only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I am lumping their beer selection into the food category. They have 8-9 beers on any of the nights we have been, and that’s ok. That’s definitely 4-stars level selection. I wouldn’t mind if they added a few taps and had a few more options, though!

Overall, this is a great place to eat, drink, and spend time! I have never been disappointed at Morley’s, and I foresee myself going many more times in the future!

Dropped in for a quick bite before we headed to the outdoor show under the stars at Pioneer Playhouse.
Our food was fabulous. Drinks were excellent as well. Morleys always has a good vibe.

Fun locally owned restaurant. Picked up hamburgers made with local grass fed beef! Enjoyed chatting with one of the owners while waiting for my order to be completed! Burgers were delicious! Another owner was also in the restaurant while I was there, which shows their dedication to their patrons having a great experience!

This is exactly what we’ve been hoping to find. A family-friendly spot with good beer.

There isn’t anything I don’t like about this place. The staff is friendly. The food trucks have been fantastic. The beer selection is solid. And the fact we (adults) have a place where we can relax, have a couple of drinks, and our kids can play and enjoy themselves makes me so happy.

Thank you for bringing this kind of space to Danville!

Farmers burger was really good. Wife had loaded fries (also very good). Menu, ordering, pickup was a little clunky. Great mix on wife’s cocktail. Really chill vibe, enjoyed it immensely.
