The worst attitude EVER from someone paid to serve food. She acted like we were an inconvenience to her, entitled and her fake hair was all in the fries when she leaned over to talk crap about the drive thru customer. She persisted to argue after charging me over $50 for two meals and a soda. Didn’t offer one upgrade, gave us small everthing… then came back to the register and flipped us off…. the manager couldn’t pronounce her name so I am posting a picture… if you want even a quarter of good service go to Mc Donald’s instead!

Today Around lunchtime I walked in to pick up my grubhub order and I notice they had the spongebobs toys on display. I seen they had some open and just sitting there my son is 4 years old and love collecting the toys but unfortunately we haven’t had a chance to find the Patrick toy so as a mom I ask if I can buy the Patrick Toy they had open on display. The gentleman working there was so kind and was about to let me buy it when his coworker a woman told him no I can’t buy that one! So he so kindly went to back to check if there was more of the Patrick toys not open. When he came back, he told me there was none so I kindly asked him again. Can I buy that one that’s in display I didn’t mind that it was open he wanted to give it to me, but the lady next to him with a nasty attitude kept telling him no she continue to give me attitude and just have an attitude in general she was even giving her coworker attitude because he wanted to give it to me. I didn’t mind buying the meal for the toy either!! In the end I’m so happy he let me have the Patrick toy. He did not just showed kindness he made a 4 year old so happy! My point is it doesn’t take that much to be a kind person she needs to be talked to or sent to the back if she doesn’t want to be kind to customers because being kind is not hard! Especially over a fast food restaurant toy! I hope he has a beautiful year and life continues to bless him. I wish I would have gotten his name but it was 1/12/2026 around lunch time.

My family went through the drive through tonight. We were “greeted” by the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life.
This woman clearly has had no training in drive through etiquette. When ordering instead of the usual responses “anything else? What size?” I was met with silence. Assuming they were either busy or asking a question I waited. For 2 minutes only to be rudely told “you stopped talking”. I continued to order then was interrupted with more rude comments and attitude.
This place needs a severe training session on customer service. I had to leave because we couldn’t trust how our food would turn out. I hope someone reads this and teaches proper service. Kindness goes further than rude attitudes.
And last week they got our order wrong so there’s that. Less of an issue but still pertinent.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a burger king. It was about 10:15 pm when I arrived and I didnt received my food until almost 10:30 with only 1 vehicle ahead of me that didn’t appear to order much. On top of that all the food was cold. Not warm, not room temp, cold!!!!! I also had instructed on the app I wanted my burgers hot off the broiler. Again cold. I also stated I want no lettuce and guess what was on the burger? Old soggy lettuce. It was obvious this burger had been sitting around awhile and they just tried wiping the the previous ingredients off. I will never return to this location. The middle eastern gentlmen who was working didn’t seem very good at or enthused about his job.

Everything was perfect. Food hot, fries surprisingly good, and was to the window reasonably fast…. until noticed forgot one of our sodas. However no biggie my son loved it and the whopper was right on time.

Delicious food so good it looks like it’s the menu picture worthy! And they flavors are divine! Those onion rings really bring it all in! That coca cola slushy is super delicious too! This is your quintessential Burger King!

The whoppers were not made as we asked. My husband ordered a wrap and it was ice cold. I felt like were were an inconvenience to the person who was waiting on us. The ice machines were not working by the drink station. This is a shame because the last time we were here we had a very good experiance.

It Friday September 19th, 2025 10:30pm I order just a medium fry……. They tell me to pull up the window….. I see no line in the drive thru, no sign of it being busy. There’s at least 2 male workers in there wandering around aimlessly, 1 female worker outside texting on her phone and one female working drive thru so now I’m sitting at the window waiting for someone to pay me out, male workers passing by ignoring me. Then 8 minutes pass by. Nothing. So I drove off. Listen I don’t have time to play with nobody else’s kids, im getting off of work, I’m tired, I’m hungry. I’m not coming back to this Burger King. Never again. Why is it hard to get one medium fry here? … Not rocket science guys. Smh. Bad service. Shape up guys. Need a new manager? Feel free to message me I’ll shape everybody up on that shift and weed out the bad lazy ones. Let’s get back to good service huh?

Slowest “fast food” you will ever get, minimum wait is 15 minutes, and that’s with an empty drive through and no one inside. Just waited 8 minutes for the window attendant to take my payment because she wasn’t standing with her back to me on her phone. Just don’t hook l go unless you have the time.

I had an online coupon that said but one whopper & get one free, right. The manager would not honor that!
He even saw the whole thing on my phone and stuttering, he’s like ah ah ah yeah I cant use that. No excuse given!!
If I wasn’t so hungry I’d tell him to shove it where the sun don’t shine! I was pissed!
DON’T GO TO THE BURGER KING ON SOUTH 13th & RAWSON AVE OAK CREEK!
