The food at Pho 777 is always good — consistent, flavorful, and usually worth coming back for. That said, our most recent visit left a bad impression.
We were not shown the check and were not offered a receipt. We left what we thought was a generous tip, only to later ask for the receipt and realize that gratuity had already been added. In the end, we tipped around 35% without knowing it.
The food itself was solid as always, but this situation wasn’t okay. Transparency matters, and it makes you wonder how often this happens to other customers without them realizing it.

Been going here for a while. Best Pho place in town. The service is not the greatest. If you go here you know and is ready for the service they will give. Sometimes they are on point and sometimes they are not. But the food, don’t matter which new pho places pop up they can’t beat 777. As I say, the hole in the wall restaurant best taste. Thats why It’s my go to. As long as the flavor is good I’ll wait and deal with the CS.

My first time back in a couple of years and I can’t believe how sad this place got. Needs remodeling for sure. Some waitresses seem to not care about their job. Only the host that was there at the time was pretty nice and caring. The vegetables looked miserable like they reuse it from other people who don’t use them. You have to grab your own straws and plasticware. I can say the pho was good enough. Everything else just brings it down.

The food was alright I got the pho and barley tater the broth flavor and the chicken fried rice was 5/10 and the pho I understand wanted to give it a try but my service was 6/10 the staff was nice but the food is giving 5/10

We stumbled across PHO 777 while house hunting and were pleasantly surprised. Our food was exceptionally good, and the service was spot on perfect!
I had two orders of the spring rolls because they were that good! My best girl and I agreed the pork balls couldn’t have been made much better.
Our next trip WILL include one of PHO 777’s many pho bowls. We saw other patrons orders, and we were envious. The servings were absolutely HUGE!
BTW, the Tea flavored Bubble Tea with tapioca was crazy good!!!
Take a chance on trying something new. Strongly recommended!!! We’ll be coming back, and we live 75 miles away.

Food was mid for the price. Tea came in Steyofams cups. Not recommended or ideal. Customer service was nonexistence other than them bring our food. You pretty much serve yourself, tips shouldn’t be included due to that. Everything is disposable from cups, asian noodle soup spoon, and chopsticks. They should revert back to traditional silver wear, similar to the other pho restaurant in town and out of state. Soda comes in a bottle, which up can go to Walgreens next door to get it cheaper. Only came back for nostalgia reason. I wouldn’t make my way out for it.

Love the pho here. The four star rating is because I ordered jasmine tea, and it came in a Styrofoam cup with a straw and soda lid. The tea was loose leaf in the cup. Since there was no way to take the tea out, by the time it was cooled (which took far too long due to the Styrofoam cup), it was far too strong due to steeping too long. Also, hot tea should not be served in Styrofoam.

The food is delicious! Everything thing I’ve had has been very good. Yes, the place is old and dated. But the food makes up for it. The servers are nice and helpful. We will continue to eat here. Very good.
