My husband & I have never been to an Outback restaurant before and decided to try it out tonight. We were both extremely surprised with the entire experience. We waited for less than 20 minutes for a table and as soon as we were seated our waitress was asking us if we had questions about the menu, what we wanted to drink, and if we wanted an appetizer or bread. We asked for our salads to be brought out before the meal and they were. I got the pecan salad and he got the ceasar salad, both were fresh and delicious. Our meals were delicious and honestly reminded us of Ruth Chris.

We decided to try this outback location after not eating at outback for probably over 10 years. Our waitress was super friendly and prompt. The food came out hot and fresh. I would recommend this location for sure.

Birthday dinner on Friday night was amazing here. Although it was busy our wait time wasn’t too bad. Service was and atmosphere was great. It was a pleasure to meet the owner, Nikki. She was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely visit again.

Tonight we had a small gathering of friends and family to celebrate my mom’s 75th birthday. I cannot even begin to express how grateful and impressed I was with the people who were there for us in terms of management, service and attention to us.
From my first interaction on the phone with Cole, until we were walking out the door, we were welcomed and cared for as if we were family. The FOH manager (name escapes me) was also kind, gracious and attentive the entire time!
Our group was 17 people and our server, Mia, did a phenomenal job from start to finish. Her assistants and the support staff also did a superb job.
Everything was spot on from start to finish. Food came out timely, glasses stayed full, conversation came easy, and we were never at a point where we were trying to get some attention.
In addition to my compliments, I also Over here on made sure we financially took care of this awesome server and team!
Thank you Cole for being kind and attentive throughout and thank you Mia for doing an incredible job amidst a busy Friday evening!

My family and I just ate at this location for the first time. We have always enjoyed Outback. This time was exceptional! We had a wonderful waitress, Jennifer. A server can always make or break your experience. Jennifer made ours great. She was very nice, personable, and helpful! The atmosphere was great and so was the food. Will definitely return.

Last night my family and I had dinner here, and when I tell you everything was amazing — I truly mean it!
As many of us know, customer service in the food industry hasn’t been the same for several years now… but last night was definitely the exception. We had an incredible server named Reagan, and all I can say is she was a breath of fresh air. She was friendly, sweet, funny, and extremely attentive.
I even told my husband, “We need more people just like her.”
She kept calling us “besties” and “friends,” and I heard her calling the table next to us the same thing. I jokingly said, “Hey now, you can’t call us besties and then call them besties too!” We all laughed — it was such a fun and lighthearted moment.
The food was delicious, the wait time was great, and the service went above and beyond.
If possible, I will absolutely be requesting Reagan every time we visit. Please recognize this young lady — she deserves Employee of the Week, Employee of the Month, and a bonus!

The food is good. The service is friendly enough. And it’s festive without being loud. The problem is, they just aren’t properly prepared for a full house. If you’re a reputable business and your restaurant seats 100 people, you ought to be able to adequately service your clients, especially when they’ve waited a lengthy time for a table. Instead, my wife and I and those around us, waited about an hour and 20 minutes for our meals to arrive. My steak was undercooked but there was no way I was going to chance sending it back to finish. I imagine the experience is much better during low demand hours, but I can’t recommend going there on a busy evening.
If a lack of staff is the problem, then close off a section of the restaurant. Turning people away is way better than giving them a substandard experience.

This was a wonderful experience. We had a waitress by the name of Reagan. She was superrrrr nice. She literally made this expierence one of the best experiences. I have been to this location before but this experience was memorable over others. I ordered the kookboora wings with fries and the blooming shrimp. The wings were fried to perfection, not too crispy but just right paired with ranch dressing. The wings and fries were fresh and filling of flavor. Ty w blooming shrimp was fried perfect and filled with flavor with the sauce to top it off. Shout outs to the staff and the cooks for such a great experience. Can’t wait to go back and try something else

We came in for Valentine’s Day and had put ourselves down wayyy beforehand online so the wait wasn’t bad at all. We had Angie as our sever and she was fantastic! Checked on us frequently, but not to the point where it was too much. I’d definitely want to have her again next time I come back. 10/10 service 😀 !

We had a great date night at their VIP opening. The only issues we saw were the tight walkways around the restaurant because it is a little small. Other than that, the food was great (we had the Porterhouse and Queensland Pasta) and the service was excellent. Ashley, our server, was very attentive and personable. Grace was assisting her and was also very attentive and open to feedback as they are working the kinks out of a brand new restaurant. Right before we were ready to leave, they brought out an amazing caramel cookie skillet. We discussed going back just for that!
