Ordered take out and my wife picked it up so can’t weigh in on service or atmosphere but she said she got a text on her way there that it was ready and it was when she got there.

I ordered the tsukemen and it was fantastic. The dipping broth was properly seasoned and really too much to be eaten as a regular soup – as it’s supposed to be. The chashu was fantastic, some of the better I’ve had. Wife and daughter loved their shoyu. Cost was about what we paid at other places.

I don’t know if I’d say this is my favorite ramen in Denver, but it was very very good. I wouldn’t call myself an expert but I do know ramen pretty well and have been to dozens of Ramen places around the country and most of the good ones here in Denver. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place.

I had garlic oil tonkatsu ramen for lunch. I ordered a small one. It’s just enough size for me. The broth is good. The egg was perfect. It reminded me of my childhood.

Located inside Junction Food & Drink food hall in the same plaza as Dave & Buster on Colorado Blvd. Great location to hangout for food before a movie. Tonkatsu ramen had a smooth creamy taste and the soft egg was perfect. The shoyu ramen broth had a bitter taste to it. I believe the arugulas must of tainted the broth.

Best sushi I’ve found in Denver.
Not just the presentation, but the taste of the spicy tuna roll was superb.
This was my first time trying ramen and this place didn’t disappoint. The kimchi ramen with pork belly was fire . And I mean that by spice level – it was hot!
Bold flavors and decent sizes; I highly recommend.

The food tasted like sushi, the service was nice but the experience of eating was not great. They barely rolled the sushi, it was loose and hard o pick up with chopsticks. Eventually I had to throw it in a bowl and eat it with a fork

The best ramen I’ve tried in Denver! I had the spicy tonkotsu, which was absolutely delightful. Really sweet people that own and operate Ebisu as well.

This is by far my favorite ramen place in Denver I’ve been twice and each time the ramen was AMAZING. The broth for the spicy black garlic oil tonkotsu ramen I wish I could bathe in cause it’s my favorite broth I’ve ever had. Also my friend has been with me both times he lives out of state and flew in with the intent of getting this ramen again because he loved it so much. I can’t wait to bring the rest of my family here so they can experience this ramen too.

I got the tonkatsu dipping ramen. Overall I would say it was great! The pork was one of the best meats I’ve had at a ramen place. If you wanted to get technical, I wish the broth was a little thicker because after dipping the noodles, they became lukewarm since the broth couldn’t retain heat on the noodles. I definitely will go back to try their normal ramen and sushi! The owners were extremely friendly. The environment is big and has lots of seating, even some outdoors.

This place was amazing and deserves more love!!!! Some of the most flavorful sushi I’ve ever had and that was some really delicious ramen, the employees were very nice to help us pick our ramen as we have never had ramen before. Loved it!! 🙂

This place is a little pricy, but it is by far worth it. My partner and I went in this evening for dinner and ordered two of the ramen & sushi combos (doing this subtracts 10% of the price off of the roll). I got the tonkotsu dipping ramen + a California roll, and my partner got the chicken shoyu + the spicy salmon crunch roll. In total we spent $60.65.

The portions were quite hefty (I couldn’t finish all of mine and had to take it home) and everything tasted amazing. By far the best sushi I’ve had anywhere in the city. Additionally, the man taking our order was exceptional- he explained everything on the menu we asked about, including how to properly eat dipping ramen when I admitted I’d never eaten it before. Lovely ambiance in the building too- not too busy or loud. Very clean and spacious.

Also, and I can’t overstate this enough after my stay in the inner city, IT HAS PARKING. Two big parking lots border the building, so we didn’t have to drive around for half an hour trying to find a place to stop to get out and eat.
