Received in paper basket a large salad in which the lettuce was bad. My husband’s cheeseburger was stale and we both got food poisoning. Talked to the district and once I sent pics she never responded or got back to me, it’s been a week now. Horrible establishment with even more careless management. Sincerely disappointed that my one night out a month to eat out this happens. We and our extended family all agree we will be traveling elsewhere for our DQ. Please everyone take care eating here, do so at your own risk.

Walked in right before close after being on the road all day. Everyone in the building was nice and helpful as they were closing up for the night. I knew it was before closing and felt bad however, they were the only place open. Not once did the staff make me feel that I was an inconvenience to their night. The food was made fresh and tasted good. Thank you!

It’s been a while since I’ve came here. The service was great, took my order at drive window. Order was out quickly and they had the new take 5 blizzard. Recommend it was really great and delicious. The person who made it really did fill it up with the candy thanks. Gove this place a good 3.5.

This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a dairy queen!! The salad I ordered was less than half of what you would normally get. I don’t know if they were out of the containers or what. They could’ve been more accommodating if that was the case. The chicken basket I ordered for my grandson tasted like old grease! I hope they see this and do better.

So we went to the “DQ” just across the street from our hotel (At : 2301 SH-208 N, Colorado City, TX 79512)
We were delighted! Both in quantity and taste succulent!

The taco salad was tiny with no cheese or tomatoes and when we throwed it out yhe dog didn’t even eat it. And steak fingers was to hard to eat and the french fries must have been left over from yesterday. No wonder Sonic has all the business

Stopped here on a Monday night at 945 pm i was told they stayed open until 11 pm but they were to close in 15 mins. Staff was very polite and helpful.I Ordered a crispy chicken salad. It was delicious. I would recommend the salad as a healthy alternative.. They could improve salad by adding cranberries or something tart. It has chicken, shredded cheddar, tomotoes and lettuce

2 people ahead of us. Stood in line for 30 minutes never greeted or told how long it would take. The people in front of us also didn’t know because nobody cared enough to tell them. Employees moving slowly, not wearing any uniforms or gloves while handling food!! This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this store. Every single time I’ve come here it has been a bad experience! I will never and I mean never step foot in this store again! This store is an absolute disgrace to the DQ franchise!
