We came in with a very large volleyball group. The customer service was top notch. All the staff was so accommodating and helpful. The only name I remember is Morgan, she treated us so well. We will definitely go back when we are in the area. This visit was on 1/31, so all staff working that afternoon THANK YOU!

I hope Morgan is there every time I go!! I’m a dasher who had to wait for the order, and she went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of while I waited! She is such a kind hearted person and I very much enjoyed being in the same vicinity! Her vibe is immaculate and I hope she achieves every goal she has her mind set on! Absolutely fantastic customer service from Morgan!

YALL MORGAN IS LITERALLY AMAZING!!! Had a mobile order, got mixed up and had to wait in the pick up parking and she pulls up next to us in her car after literally not even working at the time, rolls the window down and literally fixes everything with the order and brings out multiple desserts on top of that.. and this was all because of one little slip up with the order. She was genuinely the sweetest and funniest person ever. LOVE HER SM

I was working out of town and not having a good day. But the visit I had changed my day. The worker at the window (Rayna) was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and helpful. Most fast food places are rude and just in a hurry to get you through the line, not realizing our visit satisfaction is what keeps them open. There were only 2 workers on duty that day so to still be so pleasant under so much stress is amazing!!!

Charged me more for the same food my sister ordered. Proceeded to not refund me and charge me correctly but handed me cash from the drawer. Guy at the register also had an earbud in his ear so i wonder if thats why he didn’t charge me correctly in the first place because he could not hear me.

Start with customer service. Incredibly shorthanded. The lady’s was great, unfortunately the food fell very short. Pasta like rubber. Pizza overcooked, lasagna undercooked, chicken alfredo was inedible had to be sent back. Second time pasta with still rubbery but chicken was better. Every table still had food from the previous guests, the floors are dirty and nasty from food and paper. Had to ask for towel and cleaner. Then clean my own table. Not worth the $27.00 that we paid to eat.

I went in yesterday for my first time excited to try it. Unfortunately, it took at least 30 minutes for one meal, the managers are AWFUL and RUDE to the employees that are clearly teens. So disappointed and will not be coming back just straight up awful.

This place is a gem. They use real dishes and real silverware! Wow and it was fast!. Use less plastic, that is terrific!! At lunch we got 2 items and a drink and it was super delicious. Workers were very kind. Unfortunately the men’s bathroom was out of order.

Kaleb is one of the best workers at this establishment. Every time I come in he’s working hard at bringing the best customer experience & best food! I can tell he’s going to go far and will do great things. Whatever that young man is making now should be double! Anyways I enjoyed my food. 10/10!
