Very impressed I came in for my carry out a few minutes early about 615 on a Saturday night. There were 13 people there working, they were all busy and working together. Everyone appeared to get along and work well together. So now for my food: I prefer wings and an Italian sandwich. The sandwich was perfect I haven’t dove into the wings yet that will be later tonight or my breakfast. 19/10 over all. The girl that took my payment wasn’t happy I didn’t give a tip- why didn’t I leave a tip? Because I have tip burnout! You are getting paid a fair wage to do your job, if you want tips go wait tables. I’ll be back a bonus I discovered- they gave a drive up window so you can pick up your order and not get out of your car and with kids that’s a huge bonus!!!!

Everyone is very friendly and the place is super clean. The guy in front of me was a huge jerk, complaining about the time. I watch him open his Pizza box and his pizza was perfect. Sad that the staff had to get yell at and disrespected for running a little behind. Joe seemed to be the manager on duty, he handled the situation with kindness and grace. Fabulous group of people here.

I ordered two 9.99 pizzas as carry out for a total of 21.46 my bank was charged 31.46 with out my knowledge ( I only tip delivery drivers and for sure not half my order total) I have been trying to contact the store but the manager refuses to speak to me. Order at your own risk they will steal from you and not take accountability. Yes I will be filing fraud charges through my bank but that takes time. I added pictures as proof of thier theft.

Third time we have ordered their buffalo chicken through the last few weeks. (Before these orders they have had the best buffalo chicken) Now, I always ask for extra chicken. First of these three, there was so little chicken it was pathetic. Called and they did send out another. Second, different recipe, the sauce was awful!? Didn’t even taste like buffalo sauce and not very much chicken. Third, called and asked for buffalo chicken with extra chicken. Mentioned the issue with hardly any chicken, asked for extra. When we got it, it did have more chicken this time. But, there was also sliced jalapeños, bacon, and sausage. The sauce was terrible! Even my sons wouldn’t eat it. Guess where this entire pizza went. No more orders from Dominoes!!!

I had the most amazing pizza from Domino’s thats I’ve had since the 1990s whatever they changed the dough recipe to back them. This place has obviously not changed theirs. Its was the most fantastic meal ever. And the best part of my experience in Carlsbad New Mexico. Wish I could say the same about our slimmy, lazy, extremely incompetent employees there!! I don’t not recommend Stevens Inn hotel. But this Domino’s 220 S Canal St is the bomb. And as for my delivery guy who created me with a huge smile and major respect. I didn’t get his name but my order number was #4752 so please give him the beat kudos ever. He was awesome!!

I don’t leave bad reviews but I had to this time. I’ve been a long time customer and always had food delivered to me. But this time; my pizza came differently. Either my driver was in a rush or a new driver but I’ll load pictures. I almost didn’t want to eat it but because I was hungry, I had to eat it. LoL. Forgot to call the store. And I left a three star cause their pics are good.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 2/5 – used the ”any 2 or more for $6.99 each” deal. First was a medium hand tossed pizza with sausage and bacon on one side and chicken and mushroom on the other. The pizza was already cooled by the time we got it (3 min after pick up time). The breading was a bit dry and a bit lacking in sauce and cheese. Could have used more topping. Disappointing pizza overall
8-piece Stuffed Cheeasy Bread with Bacon & Jalapeño is a disappointment. It wasn’t sliced in any way so you had to tear off random pieces and hope for the best. The top had a pool of oil and it was soaking through the bottom of the box. The edge pieces are burnt with no filling so it’s just really dry and sad bread. As you get closer to the center of the bread, you do get a bit of cheese and filling but “stuffed” is an exaggeration. The cheese is an odd blend that we couldn’t exactly identify since it’s just salty and a bit gooey overall. While you can see the large chunks of jalapeñ, the bacon doesn’t really taste of bacon and could be ham in our opinion…

Service: n/a – food was ready by the quoted time, he was friendly but a bit confused initially since the order was partially paid for online
Value for price: 1/5 – we understand upping the promotion price with the current market but the food has gotten worst… too bad since we usually greatly enjoy Domino‘s

Pizza, the pan pizza is excellent. Not too thick, but definitely a bread presence. The volume at this store is so high, you Never have to worry about moldy, or limp, toppings.
