I had a horrible expirience at a different wingstop on paredes line road and ms. Daya (manager on duty) was able to fix it. She got the food out and was kind enough to let me rant about the other establishment. Her restaurant compared to the other was clean. The staff looked neat and she’s the only reason ill continue to eat wingstop. She knows how to take care of her restaurant her team and her customers, something the manager David or whatever at paredes line road should learn.

I like this Wingstop, come all the time but this lady at the register right off the bat looked like she didn’t want to be working today and I’ll leave it at that. Then we proceeded to pay a $30+ meal with a $100 bill and then tells me they had no change what so ever in either of the 2 registers and was denied service for this reason.

Places my order online, and when I went to pick it up the cashier at the front was very nice and greater me and my son. She gave us the cups for the drinks since my order still needed about 5 min. I ordered online, when I rarely do since I had to do some errands with my son and when I got to the house to it eat I noticed they didn’t give us any ranch at all … Not their fault necessarily I blame myself for not checking at the restaurant, but how could they possibly not see that they didn’t place any at all?!?!?
