I’m a 5guys regular. I haven’t been to this location in over a year. Experience was so so, club music playing a little too loud, front register person was in the back, I was greeted but told to “wait a sec”.
3 minutes later, register person asks me to “wait a sec”, apparently the previous transaction didn’t clear, she had to go to the customer in the lobby to secure payment.
Food was as expected, with the exception of cold fries. They are usually cooked fresh.
I was the last customer after a rush, so I’m guessing I got what was left over.
Anyway, no leadership visible, one person at the table, everyone else is out the back door..

Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Naples Florida hit the spot with a good hamburger and crispy fries, exactly what I was craving. The burger came out hot with that simple, tasty flavor I keep going back for, and the fries were plenty for the price. I like how consistent the food is every time I stop in. The only thing I noticed was the staff felt a bit checked out, like they were just moving through the motions, and a little more energy would make the place feel nicer. Still, the food did its job and I’d go back again.

They give me probably 20% of the smallest size fries when I pay for regular or large.. when confronted.. the lady kept insisting its the regular size.. and in front of me she was loading other people fries.. I know there are 3 sizes..
And I know what they should look like.. absolutely digesting behavior by 5 guys.. avoid at all costs

You can’t say no to the fresh cut fries. And get a BLT, it’s totally worth the price. Tons of bacon cooked to perfection and there’s a stack of it, and it’s awesome. Try for yourself. You won’t know if you’ll like it or not, so why not check it out for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

Great and clean location! Food was exactly Five Guys style! Fountain sodas, great fries and as always plenty of hard shelled peanuts! Be prepared to share, these portions are HUGE! Don’t forget to ask for the spice mix to shake on your fries! Staff was really nice. Our order wasn’t correct so that’s the reason for the 4⭐️review. Glad to review again on the next visit!

This is the cleanest, friendliest 5 Guys I have been too. All employees are friendly. The food taste great and is cooked exactly to order. The young lady that took my order on Saturday night had a smile and was helpful. All the guys cooking were having fun while doing their job. I really appreciate seeing that. Keep up the great work.
