I stopped by The Arby’s on 400 Evansdale Dr. in Evansdale, Iowa I found a store to be very clean. The food fresh and hot. The staff was very professional. Was greeted by Steve the manager he asked if I see the resemblance between him and Brad Pitt The crew had a nice sense of humor.

Food was wonderful, and served very quickly. I dined in, and the lobby was very clean! Manager was present and interacting with customers. Overall an incredible experience, and I’d recommend this location over any!!

When I pulled up I saw a sign for there white cheddar Mac & cheese and thought it looked good when I got it it looked ok but when I took my first bite it tasted like gym feet and was not good at all but the hot ham and cheese was good as always

When I came to dine in, I had a wonderful experience! The manager took my order and she was very polite and friendly. Would stop back in!

Restaurant was dirty, women’s bathroom was discussing, floors were dirty and food quality was not very good as you can on my photos I’m going to post. We ordered 3 medium meals, number 14 number 6 and number 2 half pound. Number 6 chicken was really dark and very hard. Number 14 was a good choice. Number 2 was all shredded roast beef not layers. Very disappointing!! As you can 3 medium fries should be a little more then what we got. The smoked chicken avocado wrap the wrap was very hard to eat. Should have never gotten rid of potato cakes. Not very good experience probably will never stop at this restaurant.

Newly remodeled and looking good. Staff was friendly and did a great job of suggestive selling. Food was delicious and made the way I asked. Very happy experience!

I wanted the white cheddar mac’n cheese but they were out and they didn’t have the apple turnover that I wanted also. But the drive-thru guy was very nice and apologetic and even upgraded my fry from a medium to a large for inconvenience, which I really appreciated.

The best experience I could have had in an Arby’s is because I saw a manager today, on a day when they had a boil water advisory, and he was coaching his brand new employee. He started out by giving her some super good feedback and praise on the ice machine task that she was given. And then he sat her down and started to coach her. He was teaching her about SMART goals and how to attain them, and he was giving her some beautiful feedback and recognition. And then he went on with her to develop a plan on how to obtain her goals. He let her have her say and gave her a voice in the conversation. It was textbook coaching! As a person who helps managers develop their leadership skills, this made my heart happy. Arby’s food is Arby’s food at any Arby’s that you go to, but this gentleman right here teaches his employees how to create a true customer experience. So I just wanted to give a shout out to that guy and tell him that his coaching was on point! Arby’s, you found a good one in this guy!

Everyone was extremely kind. The place was very tidy and decorated for the 4th of July.
The shakes took a little longer than usual (still extremely fast!) and they gave me a second shake for free. They totally didn’t need to do that.
Overall a very great Arby’s location, I will be going again every road trip going by!

Worked all day & was hungry, went through the drive thru & ordered rb classic, didn’t look at the order until I got home. I got buffalo chicken, it was alright but I was looking forward to rb. I rarely eat there but I guess it was on me to check my order.
