Food here is always great but I have to give 2 stars because they always forget my Hot and Mild sauce or they only throw in 1 or 2 packets in an order of 7 items. And they don’t even bother with the napkins anymore. If you want it done right, you’re going to have to go inside and double check your food.

I did the drive through and ordered two items which were $2.99 each. On each item ordered when asked if I wanted extra or add-on I said no. I expected my total to be $6.50 or so and was surprised to hear over $8 as the total. Giving the benefit of the doubt that maybe something had a price change I paid it but when I got my receipt I saw there was extra meat and sour cream added on without my request or knowledge. I circled back and confronted the employees about adding things on without the customer requesting or knowing about, thinking they are sneaking the add-ons onto orders since they are pressured to up-sell everything. Because I don’t want or need to get a refund I just left and once I opened my food I question whether the extras were actually done. What a scam that employee pulled…

I come to this Taco Bell very often because it’s fairly close to my house, however I’m not a huge complainer nor do I take time out of my day to post a review on a restaurant/fast food. Almost every single time I come to this Taco Bell my order is always messed up, well today i went to this location, asked for a grilled cheese burrito, add onions and no chipotle sauce and the lady gave me straight attitude due to my “confusing” order. Anyway I got that burrito and a Doritos loco taco-add sour cream & add onions. Not a difficult order at all, well I get home and take a bite out of my burrito and it was full of chipotle sauce, and when I say this I am not over exaggerating a single bit, I literally put my burrito upside down and watched it just pourrrr out chipotle sauce, I almost feel as if this is intentional because I asked word for word “No Chipotle sauce” as she definitely heard me, because I got attitude out of it. This isn’t cool at all, I go work my butt off all day and just want to get a quick meal before I head home and get this. Oh and not to mention my taco only had lettuce on it. I pay for my food and for extra add ons which isn’t a problem for me but when I pay for a meal and continuously get a messed up order let alone a burrito full of chipotle sauce I’m sure you can see my frustration. At this point I need to speak to a manager and if not manager I need to speak to corporate, this isn’t cool anymore.

I go to this Taco Bell because it’s closest, and I love taco bells food. This location is a perfect and consistent example of dropping the ball. EVERY SINGLE TIME I get food, there’s something missing that I PAID FOR. Whether it’s simple things like added sour cream, all the way down to missing food or dessert items. I’ve had to turn around and drive back on multiple occasions.

I’ve always loved Taco Bell, and this location didn’t disappoint. I have a weakness for the value menu and the burritos are ordered were excellent. I’m especially excited for this location because it’s a lot closer to my house. I will be coming back.

Hire people who can understand English outside of menu items. Using any words harder than “crunchwrap supreme please” and I get told, “sorry no ingles, no speak ingles” and then they laugh. Unfortunately I don’t think its silly that you are living and working in the US and don’t have a basic understanding of our language. Do better.

I’ve ordered here several times since seven times I have been disappointed. My biggest complaint is that I go through and order anywhere from 3 to 7 cups of nacho cheese and they are never even half filled no reply from customer service.

I have been to this location twice and the food has been cold both times. The second time I ordered 6 Soft Taco Supremes, I was asked if I wanted sour cream and said yes it comes with it. I was then charged $3.60 more for extra sour cream. When I commented on it the drive thru worker said if they ask it costs more. They didn’t ask if I wanted extra, just if I wanted sour cream. Not going back to this location.
