3.5 stars for this place is no surprise after the experience that I just had. I usually only leave good reviews but ownership needs to know about this. I get there at 2:35pm, I place my order wait about 5 mins then I wondered why the total price never popped up on the screen, so I pushed the button and told her that the total didn’t pop up and she said oh just pay the person when they bring the food. Ok cool so then I waited another 15 mins in a car full of kids. After hearing “where’s our food” for about the 10th time I pushed the button again and they lady asked me to reorder… ok fine . Re ordered and paid on the screen this time. 20 more minutes and about 15 cars go through the drive through. I get out of my car and told them to give me a refund. The guy gives me a refund and when I asked what happened, he tells me the foods ready it just took a while. I was like dude if the foods ready you might as well give it to me and he said he can’t because the refund was already processed. I’ll let him slide because he’s young but the management should have came out and told me “hey they foods ready, but if we process the refund then we can’t give you the food.” If some one came out and told me that I would have just paid and taken my food after waiting 45 at a “fast food” restaurant. I am beyond irritated and now some other restaurant will get my business because of this places negligence and lack of communication.

I encountered an incredibly rude staff member today who was raising her voice, pointing fingers at me, and asking if I could count money. This is after I had calmly tried to ensure that I was getting the correct change after paying with a large bill. She did not have to take it that far. Very disappointed.

Ordered a large tot. I don’t even have words. They gave me this. I used to be a cook at sonic and I would NEVER allow this. The cook on shift on January 14th 2025 at 1:10 pm should be fired. Also will it kill anyone to answer a call. This issue is unresolved as I’m in a hurry to get on with my day. Terrible sonic don’t eat here unless you like disappointment

The local neighborhood Sonic in Sienna Plantation. Their service has improved dramatically since opening a few years ago. The staff is very accommodating and the outdoor seating is nice. However, please be patient as they’re very busy due to all the high school kids in the area.
We always get the boneless wings, matzarolla sticks, cheddar peppers and tater tots. The lemonade is very good and so are the milkshakes. I usually get the mini sized shakes.

Had a pretty bad experience today. Stopped by to order some beverages on our way home and only one of the 4 drinks we ordered was correct. They even brought us 2 cokes instead of diet cherry limeades, I told them that we didn’t order cokes and they went in to fix it. They quickly brought us out 2 red drinks that we thought were diet cherry limeades until we tasted them and they certainly were not. Probably gonna skip going to this location for a bit.

Ordered a foot long chili hot dog asked for onions, no onion, stale bun and undercooked hot dog, small portion of chili and cheese. Onion rings were great. Steak burger was okay not enough cheese. Asked for lettuce, tomato and onion was an extra charge. Minute lettuce and onion. The commercial brought me to order this burger, I expect it to look like the commercial.

I always strive to give 5-star ratings, but our food serving size and quality wasn’t worth the $30 price we paid. The burger patties were dry, queso crunch wrap was very small, & the medium size chili cheese tots were halfway full. Overall, the food had good flavor, but some improvements are needed. The Oreo peanut butter blast & the Oreo cheese cake shakes were good. Also, I observed the car hop didn’t wash his hands when he went back inside to remake my shake. Hand washing should be mandatory when handling food items in any manner to avoid cross contamination.
