Now I see why yall have 3 stars this place is horrible in customer service. And you have a manager who doesn’t take accountability for their employees actions. Don’t use the drive through, although it appears to be a fast food restaurant it is not. All the cars in the parking lot aren’t people eating inside, they are people the window asked to pull around and wait 20+ minutes for their drive thru order

If you look around on google this is the lowest rated popeyes in houston, no easy feat – that took years of crap service to earn. Maybe corporate should pay attention

Ordered food on the app, arrived at the restaurant and was told their systems were down and to contact support for a refund. Contacted support and was told they can only offer me a store credit for LESS than what I paid for the food, not even a full refund for not providing the product they accepted money for. Had to contact my credit card company for a chargeback. Horrible service, I see why Popeyes has a bad reputation.

They have nothing ready is like they want to collect a check only .the don’t have sides made every time for some reason I think they are lazy .. now go to the Popeyes in center street cars wrapped around the block 5 star service there and quick got my sides ..
