Went to get a meal with my child. No more help from an employee, now it’s a dodgy kiosk that makes a soft drink to the order. Also failed in getting the meal choice of our choice, and included hard as rock churros, and jalapeño peppers in hard shelled tacos, when the order was for 3 soft tacos with chicken. The steak quesodilla was short on the meat, and long on the spicy sauce. The place only has 4 employees working the kitchen.
It has the atmosphere of a funeral wake!. Not going back and no recommendation for going back.

Ordered through their app and not only did we never get our food. Someone else’s food was given to us. And not one person ive contacted is doing shit. The dasher, the app, and I cant get help from door dash because I didnt order through them. This location ALWAYS has issues. I would rather drive than go to the one closest to me because this one will never get your stuff correct.

This morning I got an email about the new “Nacho Fries lover pass”, one of my biggest regrets is not getting the last pass TB did so I bought it and ordered some food.
Unfortunately for me, Brent and Sarah were working. When I got there they told me that they ran out of eggs and could not make the breakfast crunch wraps, I told them I didn’t want them without eggs and to refund me. They said they couldn’t, that I would have to request a refund in the app and I really didn’t want to waste time in the app so I agreed to their offer of regular crunch wraps.
I reiterated that the crunch wrap without cheese and sauce was that way due to an allergy and they said ok. I have no idea what they made, but both have eggs and cheese and a random assortment of items that are not included in the recipe and no hashbrowns :(.
After that debacle I noticed I hadn’t gotten my nacho fires and went back through to try and get them. I did pay for them after all, and it was really the only reason I placed an order.
To my dismay, Brent and Sarah couldn’t fathom me ordering Nacho Fries with sour cream. I wasted no less than 10min trying to explain that I did not order just sourcream, that I ordered nacho fries with sourcream. Showed them the picture in the app AND the ticket that was printed on my bag. Brent continued to argue with Sarah that it was not a menu item and I only ordered sour cream or that “it didn’t come up on the ticket” even after showing them my ticket. He also let it slip that in about 3 weeks we may be getting a “sour cream” version of Nacho Fries, with his extensive knowledge of the tacobell menu I anxiously await their arrival.
I love tacobell, and this interaction will not deter me from ordering at other locations, but unless you are happy not getting anything close to what you ordered go to this location. I will avoid it from now on.
Notice the lack of nacho fries in my bag :(. Sad day

My spouse and I visited this location for our lunch break. Upon entering the staff did not acknowledge us for the first couple minutes. Finally we were told in a not so friendly way to use the kiosk to place our order if we wanted to eat here.
Secondly while trying to enjoy our food we had to listen to the restaurants music, & then one of the cooks in the back started playing music just as loud from a personal Bluetooth speaker he was carrying. So after listening to two stereos for several minutes, we cut our lunch break short and left. We will never return to this location again. It was unwelcoming and the employees are very poor in customer relations. Customer service here is zero

I’ve ordered many times from here, last time I did a pick up order it took 20 minutes for three tacos. I door dashed and it took 40 minutes for the food to be done, not including the time it took to deliver.

Today I came for dine-in taco bell and ordered veggie crunch wrap with black beans but first they give me crunch wrap only with lettuce then I went to desk and told them but one of them employee behave very rudely. Then they gave another crunch wrap and they gave me with beef. Then again I went to desk and no one is there I called them and wait for someone to listen to me and I waited for so long and I complaint about it and another girl were so rude that she said they didn’t have black beans. Finally they gave me crunch wrap that was burnt. I have also posted photo for reference.

This is the absolute worst Taco Bell that I’ve ever been to first of all they shorted me food by two items I asked for beef maxi melt. They told me they could make them they gave me beef roll ups with little tiny bit of beef some cheese zero sauce, zero pico sauce, like supposed to be in a beef maximum amount. I never received a receipt so I couldn’t go back to prove that they shorted me any of my items so I spent $40 of my money and received pretty much nothing for my money. The lady at the window was rude. I’m very dissatisfied. This is not the first time I have been an argument with these people before this place needs an overhaul completely. . My husband and son just left this restaurant. They ordered and got there food and started eating. Both of them asked each other if the other ones drink tasted sour? My son looked at my husband’s drink and asked what is that floating in there? My husband turned his cup around and an ENTIRE ROACH was floating inside of his drink. They both fell instantly sick. No manager was there (of course) and they are now in the bathroom vomiting. Something needs to happen. NOW.
