I just drove 25 minutes home from the St. John’s Taco Bell to realize I didn’t get all of my change. I didn’t receive one of my items and my food was made incorrectly. I had three items completely missing the rice. My taco was broken and upside down. Chalupa wasn’t wrapped. My food wasn’t even warm enough to melt the cheese that is usually completely melted really disappointed

Drove through Christmas Eve for a quick lunch. Tried the new crispy chicken burrito and it was amazing! My family got crunchy taco supreme and been and rice burritos and said it was the best taco bell in years. Service was friendly and fast. Highly recommend!

Nobody at the counter or on line I said hello 4 times before any one came out to take my order cant have avocado in the avocado ranch, I told the guy this and instead of accommodating me with regular spicy ranch I was still upcharged almost a dollar for a sauce change I will never be going back to this taco bell Horrible service stay far away!!!!

If I could give this a -0 review, I would this is the multiple time that I’ve been there & they messed up my order again not to mention the food wasn’t even warm. My cheese was not melted on my burritos, and there was more tortillas than there was meat. Never been more disappointed after a long day to get all the way home and find out I didn’t get all my food and they suck at giving you all your change back. Save your money. Yikes.

Absolutely not acceptable.. my fries were hard super crispy and cold..: I threw one at my wall and it broke in half.. fries should not break In half
from being so hard… yall need to take some lessons from Alma Taco Bell they would never ever sell some nasty expired fries.. those fries from the time they are cooked until they expire from fr way ness is 7 mins tops those fries are atleast 30 mins old maybe not even that point being they are not edible and im in disbelief yall would serve them to a customer.. u guys go to classes and learn how to serve people and quality and freshness.. yall need to be retrained… corporate is not gonna be happy

The burritos were full and taste. The restroom was clean. The staff was attentive and friendly. The restaurant was SUPER BUSY, probably because of all these positive traits, so our food took some time. If you’re going here, be patient. It’s worth the wait.

Careful ladies, skinny MALE worker with a beard likes to use the womens bathroom. Gives the excuse well i work here and a guy was using the other bathroom. Then proceed to bang on the walls while my daughter and i were in the bathroom.
