Completely unacceptable experience. Upon opening the pizza box, the pizza was folded in half inside the box. For clarity: we picked it up directly from the restaurant, placed it in our car, and held it securely on our lap for the entire drive home. There was no movement, no stacking, no tipping—and given the lack of room inside the box, there is absolutely no way this could have happened after it was boxed.
When we called to address this, the staff acted as if they had no idea how this could have happened, which is frustrating and insulting given the circumstances.
The food itself was completely inedible. The pizza was floppy and dry, the chicken tenders were chewy and completely tasteless, and the French fries were beyond soggy. Nothing about this order met even the most basic expectations.
Instead of offering a reasonable resolution, we were told we’d have to drive all the way back to the restaurant just to receive a refund. To make matters worse, the manager got on the phone and was dismissive and repeatedly cutting me off while I was explaining the issue.
To the manager: Do not reply to this review acting as though you care about your reputation like you do on other reviews. You had the opportunity to resolve this while we were on the phone and chose not to. Don’t pretend to be helpful now when no resolution was offered then.
Zero accountability, zero customer service, and food quality that doesn’t meet even basic standards. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The food is always really good it’s been my familys go to restaurant for 10 years! The drunk sicilian pie is a new addition that feeds my family of 4 and it’s is definitely our new favorite pie there. We always leave originals happy. The staff are all very nice a lot even know us by name. The reason i’m writing this review when i usually don’t put up reviews is my nephew was just diagnosed with celiacs disease and i didnt know until recently they have a gluten free pie and he really enjoys the pizza. When ever i order the gluten free i mention my nephew disease they take it very seriously. They have there own pizza cutter and others things to ensures there no cross contamination. It makes our nights dining out or ordering in easier and my nephew get to eat the pizza he love!

My family and I order from here frequently. We placed an order online for wings and pizza tonight. My husband forgot to put no blue cheese- ranch. No big deal. I call to ask if they could just put extra ranch with the wings, no blue cheese. The woman who picked up the phone was SO rude and was obviously annoyed by my request. She puts me on hold for a bit then when she came back she told me she’d take care of it and hung up the phone.
The order came about 10 minutes later and there was only blue cheese in the bag. Normally, im a really laid back person and mistakes arent a huge deal to me, because I’ve worked in the food industry too, but it was really frustrating because I had just called and got an attitude about it just for it to come wrong. I called back to let her know, she was still annoyed, put me on hold and when she came back she confirmed that I needed ranch. I said yes, I wanted extra ranch but only got blue cheese. She condescendingly repeated, soo.. you need ranch? I said yes. She said she’d have someone send it over, I said ok, perfect and she slammed the phone down and hung up again. No apology no nothing.
They do have some nice girls up front also who are always nice but when I call on a weekend its normally this woman and she always has an attitude. I usually let it go but enough is enough. Theres no reason to treat customers like this especially when im not being rude.The food is good but when you have to deal with people like this you dont want to go back. Im tired of this being the norm nowadays. Its not hard to be a decent person and treat people with respect. If she is not able to do so then she shouldnt be in the front interacting with people.

Highly recommend! We hosted baby shower here and Kim helped so much more than we ever expected. She added so much with her expertise to elevate our decor. The service during the party couldn’t have been any better.
There is a bar/restaurant next door and you would never know. You don’t hear them at all.

I’ve always enjoyed their food but in the last several months thier portion have substantially shrunk. Considering thier eparm is still 22$ this is NOT an adult sized portion. I overlooked the first couple occurrences but it’s impossible to overlook now

For the cost of this food $90 for 2 small pizzas and 2 fries . Omg it was very disappointing . One pizza was drowned in sauce the other drowned in cheese . They were not good at all. Not to mention the Fries they tasted like dollar store frozen fries with a bunch of seasoning on them but had zero taste like sitting out for a long time. I used to like this place too . Something changed ?!? Over all the food was just not good at all. If I am spending close to $100 for pizza and fries I would hope it would be way way better. I had better pizza from ShopRite frozen pizza section.

The place is nice looking inside. The service was great. The food was average. The house salad was iceberg lettuce, not mixed greens, about 5 grape tomatoes, 4 cucumber slices maybe and just a tiny shred of carrots. It was like a bowl of white onions and a head of iceberg. Extremely overpriced. The Jamie wrap had no goat cheese, and the onions were not caramelized. The good stuff is the dipping tomato sauce and the outer part of the wrap. The dough inside was not fully cooked. I did not have it, but I bet the pizza is amazing. The crust and sauce of the wrap leads me to believe the pizza would be great. I think this is a nice hangout type spot. I liked the Philly poster art .

We had an after Christmas get together last night (12/29)and I was blown away with the impeccable service, mouth watering food, and cozy Christmas decor of the restaurant! The place was mobbed and the waitresses didn’t skip a beat. Our food came out fast, hot and delicious. We will be back!

We had a cocktail bridal shower and everything was perfect, the food, the set up and the service. Kim and Liz were amazing from start to finish, we booked with Kim who was communicative throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to make sure the shower was perfect. Kim and Liz did most of the setting up and decorating with some of our stuff and plenty of their own, they added touches we didn’t even know we needed. The food was delicious and kept coming out. After the shower we went out to the outdoor bar for more drinks and the service was great there as well. Would 100% recommend booking a party through Originals and letting Kim and Liz work their magic!!!
