I order the sausage bowl, and this is what I got. What is this? Your put 5 pieces of sausage with little egg not even a toddler can eat. Your need to do better with the amount of food your serve. This is the second time this is happening.

My experience at this Chick-fil-A is probably not the norm. I bit into my chicken egg cheese biscuit and there was a piece of plastic bag in it. It appeared to be the corner of a clear bag I assume when flying into my sandwich when someone was opening something in the kitchen.

I was in a hurry to get to work and didn’t bring it to their attention. Never had an issue at any Chick-fil-A and I’m sure they would have apologized had I brought it to their attention.

I never thought that I would ever give Chick-fil-A anything other than 5 stars…unfortunately this is justified for multiple reasons. First, we pull up in the drive thru and a young lady starts to take our order. The first thing I say is a Cobb salad. Mid sentence, before I could even finish, she interrupted and asked what dressing I wanted. If she had waited a nano second and allowed me to finish my sentence she would have known. Next issue is I stated that I wanted a 12 piece grilled chicken nugget, and once again, before I could say only nuggets, she talked quickly overtop of me and said a meal or just chicken? She was so impatient! Then when she gave me the total, as usual, I stuck my hand out of the car window to tap her hand held device. She perked my card from my hand and tapped it herself instead of allowing me to do it which has ALWAYS been customary. When she handed my card back, I said thank you. Usually they say “my pleasure”. She said absolutely nothing! Not even a you’re welcome. She simply walked off and at the time there wasn’t another customer in line behind me. Then when we pull around, there are 3 cars in line in front of me and 4 cars in the app order line. No one was moving. Finally after a few minutes, 3, yes 3 cars pulled forward to continue to wait. While still waiting with only one car in front of me, with 3 cars pulled ahead still waiting, someone brought our order out to us. Unfortunately, the car in front of us refused to pull forward and made us sit because their order still wasn’t ready. After waiting several more minutes they finally got their order and we left. If all that wasn’t bad enough, we get home and our chicken sandwiches were sloppily put together with half the chicken not even on the bun. I’m guessing they were so rushed they couldn’t do the job correctly. I have never been disappointed with CFA ever, until this time. Everyone needs a lot more training in taking orders pleasantly with a smile, not talking over customers and snatching credit cards from their hand, and something needs to be done about the absolutely backed up service we ALL had to deal with.

I order Brownies from this location Dec 13 for a small family Birthday party. I was disappointed they were about an inch in half by a inch in half. It was pathetic. I didn’t have time to bring them back , because I would have. So I had to serve them and everyone was talking about how small they were. When we order them threw the drive thru, they are 3 times the size that I received. Unfortunate because you usually do things top notch. 1st bad experience with Chick Fil A. Just sorry my entire family had to experience it as well.

The Chic-fil-a on Blankenbaker Pkwy is always fast and friendly. The food is always delicious and we always have a great experience. The grilled chicken or original Chic-fil-a sandwiches are my favorite. No matter whether you dine in, carryout, or drive thru, they are fast, friendly, and consistent. If you are in the neighborhood, stop by Chic-fil-a, you won’t be disappointed.

Really disappointed. They limit our order to two sauces in total. We had three kids meals with nuggets and fries. Two sauces to share across three kids meals is ridiculous. We offered to buy more sauces and they said we had to buy a whole bottle. That’s just dumb and a pain for a family coming through the drive through.

Awesome Chick fil a location. Huge parking parking lot and dining room. It also has a big outside eating area. If you’re in Louisville and want a Chick fil a experience with less of a wait come here. This is a new store so it is not as busy… yet!

I don’t know what kind of customer service boot camp Chick-fil-A runs, but I’m convinced they’re training future diplomats. My order was taken with a smile, delivered quickly, and somehow, they even managed to make me feel like I was the most important person there!

The food? Consistently great.

It’s fast food, but somehow it doesn’t feel like it. Clean restaurant, happy employees, and food that hits the spot every time.
