While the food is good, they are always begging for tips, even at the drive through. It’s annoying even when it’s already been paid for online, they still ask and are VERY persistent about it. The last one pointed to the pin pad and told me ‘this is where my tip goes’ even though it was already paid for so there was no reason for her to have the pin pad out. If this continues, I will stop going and spend my money elsewhere.

I called to have an order remade that was messed up. I was told my name was written down for a remake and that I could come in any time to have my order corrected. And when I called back to claim the remake, I was told they couldn’t see it or figure it out and I’d have to wait for the OTHER manager since the one on sight was either to lazy or unwilling to fix the problem with me. I wanted the food remade tonight when I was told I could call anytime. Stand up customer service. It’s not even worth the trouble when we can’t give the right pizzas to the right customers. Thanks a lot.

We went there last night to eat. There were people inside eating. I tried to open the doors then saw the sign that the dining room was closed due to employee shortage. To go to window. I wanted to sit the restaurant and eat while it was hot not get it to go. I drive around and 2 were at the back door just standing there. Obviously someone doesn’t know your to manage. I know if I can run a restaurant by myself they could do better with the few they had. I just wonder how much money they lost out on. We went down the road to eat and spent 60 bucks.

You might as well go to Walmart and pick up a Red Baron frozen pizza. It’s all the same now. All Pizza Hut pizzas come in as frozen garbage. Nothing is made in house. Horrible tasting pizza now!! Goodbye!

Update: Ordered a thin crust pizza. My regular order and i think they stack the dough in the fridge for days. It was disgusting. I think this applies to thin crusts mostly but i could be wrong. Come on people. Dough should be fresh. But they did credit my account $20.update: no they didn’t.I just tried to order. I asked for the manager and they told me prove it and they didn’t need my business.

Worst service I have EVER received from a Pizza Hut! Saturday Night, 11/4/2023 I ordered a Medium Pan Pepperoni Pizza to be delivered to my house at 5:44. It was set to take 35 minutes TOPS. It took FOREVER for the driver to get to me. I watched the tracking just to see the driver go the wrong way. Then when I finally got the pizza, it was COLD! I gave the pizza right back to the driver saying, “You can have this back. It’s not even hot. I will be calling the manager about this.” I don’t mean to be rude, but I have a friend who works that very same delivery job. I know they have GPS technology. If you’re a delivery driver, and can’t even find my place with a GPS, you need to resign immediately because you’re not cut out for the job. I live in apartment D48 in Allendale Falls. The Community IS NOT that big. Even with my limited vision I can see the sign on the building that has the letter and the numbers it goes between… right there large as life. Do I need to have a LED signal like it’s the Bat Signal? Earlier today, my friend got Dominos which was delivered by Doordash. No problem finding the place. I have been trying to contact the manager for the last 30 minutes to either get refunded or get a fresh one sent out again. It’s VERY rare that someone makes me lose my temper verbally, but this place has crossed that line. I have been hung up on 5 times one of which was with the manager on the line AFTER I told them the issue. They got me SO frustrated with them, I threatened to alert Cooperate about this. FINALLY I get ahold of the manager for him to sort it out. You know it’s bad when the manager had to give away free stuff to say We’re Sorry. I was upgrade to a Large Pan Pepperoni Pizza and got a free Diet Coke. So I was told, we’ll send it out as soon as possible. About an hour later, here comes the delivery driver. So much for as soon as possible. I was watching the tracking. The driver was circling around the community looking for the place. Are you seriously telling me you don’t get enough deliveries in Allendale Falls to KNOW the layout? Isn’t it part of the Drivers Job to KNOW the lay of the land? Finally I got so fed up I walk out of my house and CALLED THEM wondering where they were. I had to give THEM instructions how to get to ME. You seriously couldn’t get more unprofessional if the customer is having to instruct the driver how to get to their destination, when Delivery Driving is all about knowing how to get around. Again, if you can’t figure out how to get around WITH a GPS, which I know they have, you need to resign. Immediately. Because you are not going to make it as a delivery driver. ESPECIALLY when, when it comes to food delivery, every second counts. Every second you waste is the food getting closer to getting cold. I’ve had issues with food delivery in the past… But if I can’t even get good food delivery for a location that is right around the corner, I’m never ordering delivery again. I paid over $20 for this food all of this to go down. This conflict took over 2 HOURS to resolve. And when I finally did get the food, all I can say is, meh, I’ve had better from this place. Not only will I NOT be getting Delivery from anywhere ever again because of this, I will no longer be eating here either. I have SO MUCH I COULD say negatively about this place, I can’t even fit it within the character limit of this review.

Needless to say, this place has earned 1 star out of 5.

EDIT: Made an order on 3/10/23. Lana was my Door dasher. First off my Pizza was late. Second they had to contact me where my address was. It’s your job as a delivery driver to find your location on your own. Asking the customer is very unprofessional. If you can’t manage that you need to get out of the business. Third my pizza was cold. Fourth, she didn’t even use the pizza bag to keep it hot in this 20 degree weather. I’m going to be contacting the manager on Tuesday for a refund or I’m contacting corporate. I should not have to instruct the driver where I live or worry if I’ll get a hot pizza when it’s $24!

Pizza had no taste to it, bland like cardboard, and not enough sauce.
Service, haa, well stood at door for 10mins waiting to get seated, as the girl walked by and just ignored me. Then after getting seated it was another 10mins before getting drink order, then 20mins after that to take
food order. Needless to say it wasn’t a good night for Pizza Hut.
