Do yall need a store/general manager at this location I have store and assistant manager experience… cause this is horrible I got a large tot an cheese side of Jalapeño on side (REMIND YOU ITS .80 FOR A SIDE OF JALAPEÑOS) ITS A TINY CUP OF 5 JALAPEÑOS) So I ask the carhop for another one cause its .80 for 5 come on I know yall make alot more money than that to cheap people like that……. an guess what I get a sorry with 2 more in there…….. like really????????? So I called there is no general manager only area manager. WOW!!! im looking for a general/store manager position have 3 years general manager an 4 in assistant. So contact me… cause this isn’t right. Your people need help at this location.

me and my family of 4 went through the drive through and ordered 2 number 3 COMBOS with only mustard and pickles on them with two drinks. we ended up getting just 2 number 3 burgers with EVERYTHING on them and no fries and one drink. then, we went to the curbside orders and got something else bc we didn’t want to reorder the first order bc we had already waited 15 mins before we got our food. the park and order we got a cheeseburger combo with ONLY ketchup and cheese, and well ironic enough, got everything on it again. and then we ordered that with a medium fry and drink and a large fry on the side. we only got the large fry instead of two fries and NEVER got the drink. NEVER GO TO THIS SONIC. and to add, when the girl opened the window and read it back, they were goofing around in the back being unprofessional. anyways DO NOT GO TO THIS SONIC IF U WANT THE CORRECT ORDER.

Make sure you lock your card as soon as they charge it. They rang up order not on the screen. Took my card. Charged it. I locked it. Then started ringing up my order on the screen. And tried to charge it again. Then told me it declined. (Duh I locked it) Then got the manager who tried the 3rd time… while I offered my contact info in case something went wrong on their end….. I was told no, they will just cancel the ticket anyway. BE AWARE OF YOUR TRANSACTIONS IN THIS TOWN.

Came through the drive through, was the second person in line, been waiting about 45 minutes or so. I’ve been asked if another persons meal was mine twice now, still no word on my food. No idea why the person behind me has their food before me when I only ordered a small burger and tots. Please make sure your night time staff have the resources and everything they need to get the job done. This caused a huge rush for the staff and a back up of vehicles. Please please do better. This is ridiculous. 🙁

They just cannot get an order right at this place..even if you order through the app. I think they purposefully hire people that cannot follow simple directions. Or maybe my standards are too high. I simply I thought if I ordered something and paid for it. They would put it in the bag..

My visit to Sonic in Lindale, TX, was thoroughly disappointing. The burritos were cold, tasteless, and nasty. Even the tater tots were served ice-cold and lacked any flavor. Overall, the food was of poor quality, and I would not recommend this location to anyone seeking a satisfying meal. I visited this place on 6/18/23 9:02am

Can’t get simple order right, #1 cheese no mayo. How does that translate to plain? It was even right on screen. So workers can’t read or don’t care. Burger smashed as well.

2nd issue – light ice isn’t a cup full and splash lemonade.

Get orders right and train employees

3 years later, and service is still trash. I got a pickle burger it was slapped together, ordered the combo, and didn’t receive the pickle tots like ordered. Requested large wad given large tots but not large pickle slush.

Management still fails to train and produce quality

Quick and friendly service. We never eat there but we do get different drinks all the time. So much to choose from as far as mixtures and can always get something different depending on the mood or the temperature.

The food was horrible. The breakfast burrito was falling apart. Not hot, not even warm. Bacon burnt. No filling. Tots tasted of old old greese. And I paid for two. Sonic you can do better! 9:02 on June18 2023 drive thru #432 check # 439731

Sonic is my go-to spot for water with lemon and extra ice. I love that the Route 44 size fits perfectly into my 40 oz Stanley, and I drink two of them a day. It’s affordable, convenient, and refreshing, which I really appreciate.

I also enjoy their unsweet tea with lemon, which is usually good, but occasionally it tastes old, like it’s been sitting for a while. My son always gets the mozzarella sticks, and while they’re typically hot and delicious, there are times they seem like they’ve been sitting out too long and lose that fresh taste.

Customer service can be hit or miss. It’s usually a lot of teenagers working, and there have been several times I’ve had to repeat myself or ask again to get the right number of lemons in my drink. They also tend to charge extra for dipping sauce with the mozzarella sticks, which is frustrating.

Overall, Sonic is okay… it gets the job done for our regular drink and snack stops, but I wish the consistency and customer service were a little better.
