The pizza hit the spot. What really stayed with me is how easy it was to join the locals. I felt no rush, no pretense, just good vibes and honest connection. Picasso’s isn’t just somewhere you eat; it’s somewhere you experience. I left feeling lighter, happier, and grateful for a night that reminded me how simple joy can be when you’re in the right place with the right people. If you’re visiting and want to feel like you’re part of the scene, even just for a night, this is the place.
Last thing, if you are afraid to initiate conversation DONT BE! There are all walks of Lyfe. Have a ball and mingle. You won’t regret it.
The pizza is a full-on masterpiece. Perfectly cooked crust with that ideal balance of crispy and chewy, sauce that tastes like it knows exactly where it came from, and toppings that are generous without going rogue. Every bite feels intentional, like someone in the kitchen actually cares how happy you’re about to be.
And the bar? Chef’s kiss, but for drinks. The cocktails are on point, the beer selection is solid, and the bartenders have that rare talent of being both fast and genuinely friendly. You don’t feel rushed, ignored, or upsold. You feel welcomed.
What really seals it is the vibe. It’s lively without being chaotic, relaxed without being boring. The kind of spot where you come in for “just a slice” and suddenly it’s been two hours and you’re debating dessert and another round.
Picasso’s isn’t just a pizza place or a bar. It’s a go-to. A comfort spot. A “let’s take friends here so they get it” kind of place. If you haven’t been yet, fix that. If you have, you already know.
Update. After continuing to order from here against my better judgement you’ll find that they don’t even have a large pizza . It’s advertised as 14″ but I’ve never received a large bigger than 12″. 12″ is 33% less pizza, look at empty space in box. The medium is actual 12″ and 4$ less. Essentially everyone is paying extra for something that doesn’t exist. I was a loyal customer who was going 3x a week despite issues, but the lack of concern regarding customers paying about 20$ for a medium one topping pizza when thinking they’re getting large is a little too much for me. Go to dominoes and get an actual large one topping for 5.99.
