We are an all day breakfast and lunch cafe open. 7 days a week 8am to 3pm! We have a lovely covered patio that gets lots of sun in the summer. There is parking adjacent to the building and also out front and surrounding streets! We are family run and operated – come by and see us!

I had a great experience at Sunny Side Cafe. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was genuinely fun and welcoming. What a wonderful treat to your pallet! That’s all what I can say after I had my delicious brunch. I had the chicken benny and it was amazing. I’d definitely recommend this place to everyone. The staff were very friendly too.

First of all, you’re forced to pay before you’re even allowed a seat.
My father and I went there and paid 50$ for a chicken eggs Benny, some plain waffles and two coffees that are supposed to be bottomless.
After our food hit the table for a while, no one came by to ask if the food was alright. No one came by to refill our empty coffee mugs. At $3.50 a cup, you’d think that they’d at least offer a refill. They did not. Seems like the coffee isn’t so bottomless after all. Once our food was served, we were completely ignored the entire time.
The chicken on the eggs benedict was unusually dry and tasted like it was reheated and days old, or was frozen and nuked. TV dinner quality.
For such a small place (it seats maybe 30 people at most), you’d think that the service would be more focused and attentive. That wasn’t the case at all.
I do not recommend this place at all. Avoid at all costs.

Big portion of food. I loved that they ask how well done I want my Eggs Benedict; and it was cooked just right. I wish the sauce on the eggs were lighter – it was very heavy coupled with the avocado. My boyfriend enjoyed the BLT sandwich but found the side soup to be interesting.

Pricey for a simple breakfast of two eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, and toast (which I substituted with extra hashbrowns). With coffee and tax that came to almost $23. Eggs are eggs and bacon is bacon, I suppose, but the hashbrowns were just not any good. Mushy without any crispy bits. Not much service to speak of. You order at the counter and the only service they provide is to bring you your plate when it’s ready. Pour your own water. The dining area is very small and you get a draft and street noise from the wide open door pretty much wherever you sit.

Highly recommend this place. We were there for breakfast. We got the huevos rancheros with spicy chorizo patties and Mediterranean eggs Benny. The chorizo patties were extra $ but definitely worth it. Their hollandaise sauce was a little different than the traditional hollandaise, but absolutely delicious if you’re eating with an open mind. Coffee was also spot on! Other awesome perks, outdoor seating is available that is dog friendly and had a water bowl for the dogs.

Visiting from WA state, ate breakfast here on our last day. Simply amazing! hands down the best huevos rancheros I’ve ever had. The flavor and size portion . Coffee was a bit too strong, hubby had the eggs, chorizo and potatoes. The chorizo is homemade and was also very good. Thank you for great food and friendly service!

They have very tasty food, and I would argue the best eggs benedict in town. Service is good and the food usually comes out within ten minutes.
That being said I have two complaints.
Good luck finding somewhere to sit inside on a Saturday or Sunday. They have limited spacing so remember to bring a coat for the patio.
Also their potato game is weak. In the picture is an example of what they give you for paying for extra potatoes. This is not the first time they have done this.
