Pizza always rules. But when my pizza is just in a pile in the middle of the box upon delivery, that sucks. And then to call in about it and the girl was super put off and rude. That sucks worse.

Service was good, quick to take order I person. Offered popular selections. BBQ chicken pizza was done in about 15min. No real complaints about the quality of ingredients or taste. The pizza is a little expensive but fair. Sadly I didn’t feel it lived up to all the hype locals give it. It’s good just not great. Maybe their traditional sauce is better, I’ll definitely give it a try and update.

Ordered carry out (pizza and wings) and was quoted 13mins; walked in to grab 2 drinks and told my order would be ready soon…. 20mins later I’m still sitting there waiting.
The pizza was ok but I was not pleased with the wings as I asked them to be well done AND they didn’t give me any dipping sauce- which I didn’t discover until after arriving home.

It was over a two hour process and I didn’t even get my order. Time wasted and left with my refund.
Understanding that it’s a prime day to order pizzas, I ordered at 4:15pm and was told the pizza would be ready in 45-60 minutes. All good. Received the text message that the pizza was in the oven 45 minutes later. I show up just after 5pm and pay with the understanding that they’re still a little behind but no problem. A half hour goes by and no order.
The staff asks for those people waiting for over a half hour and 6-10 of us raise our hands and then show our orders. They proceed to ‘rush’ the order and explicitly tell us that all pizzas are in the oven. This was a flat out LIE by their staff. I wait another half hour. In the meantime other customers are complaining and the staff admits that they were told to tell us pizzas are in the oven which implies it’s a stall tactic. At this point a staff member asks if anyone’s been here an hour and a few of us say yes. Show them my order to which the staff member states that he had asked for this be processed sometime ago and then admits that they’re processing orders past my order number. My order was in the 200s and they’re in the 300s at this point. So they either didn’t make the order, twice, or they gave it away. They offer a refund and free pizza so I’d have to wait another 20ish minutes at best for an undercooked pizza. Their words. It’s 6:15-6:30 at this point.
To recap it’s an over two hour process and I stood in their storefront for over an hour to not get my order. I’ve missed time on Halloween with my family and I have no dinner for the 8 people we’re hosting. I have to run to the grocery store to get some food. Hey, maybe it was my turn for the bad luck but the 1 star comes from the staff lying to us.
That’s just my experience and doesn’t even account for the other customer who was told three different times that her deep dish pizza was put in the oven only to not be delivered before she left with 80% of her total order.

After playing around with multiple pizza joints around Clawson, we went back to GL and ordered a Detroit-style pepperoni pizza with mushrooms. Pizza heaven. The only reason it didn’t get a “5” was because it is somewhat inconsistent. But when it’s good, it’s GREAT!

Went to this location for a pickup, and noticed one of my pizzas had pineapple when I did not order it. They gave me that pizza for free, and remade another one!
Once I got the remade pizza, we realized the mistake was actually on MY end and they went over and above to rectify MY mistake. I am 10/10 dumb but they are 10/10 great. Food is awesome too!

The ingredients are so fresh. Got me the bell peppers/mushroom combo. And it literally looks like he diced those veggies just a little bit ago.
The mushrooms specially… huge slices when compared with the rest. Also the cheese was pretty subtle, which I like very much. You don’t taste that very often. Quality stuff. All it needs is better base and stronger sauce. Think Fredi’s base with these toppings. Chef’s kiss.

I ordered a medium round thin crust with pepperoni. I had heard so many positive things about it and that it’s the best….
I honestly think I could have made a better one with a frozen . It was doughy, little texture and very greasy. I’ll never go back.

I just wanted to say I will forever be a customer here. I ordered a pizza and bread online for on my way home from work. I got rear ended on the way and had to go to the hospital. I was fine but so bummed about my pizza (pregnancy cravings haha). Anyways they credited my account when my mom called to explain why I didn’t get my pizza.
