Great place where staff try their best to accommodate you. I’m vegetarian so initially when I saw the menu, I saw 2 or 3 options but I was in the mood for general tao tofu. I asked the waiter and they didn’t have a problem accomodating me. I had an entree of vegetarian imperial rolls. The time before this, I had their tofu pad thai and it was decent. Good experience

Imagine going to a restaurant where the food is delicious, the entire wait staff are genuinely happy to have you there and they give you the friendliest advice on how to enjoy your food – this is Huong Xua.
The staff is literally always smiling and jovial the entire time! In fact when I was paying they were genuinely saying that they hope to see me and my lovely family again. The food was amazing, imperial rolls -FULL, my ginger chicken was full of flavor I dreamed about it!
The fried ice cream and fried banana were simply incredible – it easier was right; share it amongst the table and have both!

Absolutely Amazing Vietnamese Spot in Montreal!
We had such a lovely experience at this gem of a Vietnamese restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor, and they made sure to ask how spicy we wanted it, which we really appreciated.
The service was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our server gave us fantastic recommendations, and everything they suggested turned out to be amazing. It’s always nice when the staff genuinely care about your experience.
We also had no trouble finding a table, and to top it off, we even found a parking spot nearby — a rare bonus in Montreal!
If you’re in the city and craving Vietnamese food, highly recommend checking this place out.

Great food and friendly service! Portions are generous, the food is fresh and high quality, and the service is both fast and welcoming. It’s a bring-your-own-wine spot, with prices a bit higher than your typical Vietnamese places in Saint-Léonard or Anjou. The menu is pan-Asian with a focus on Vietnamese dishes. We had the curry beef and ginger chicken combo—both were delicious.

What a lovely surprise. I randomly walked in for dinner here last night and fell in love! The food was amazing, the service was friendly and efficient (to say the least) and all the plants they had around the restaurant had me feeling like I was at someones home. Highly recommend!!! One last note; my partner and I were advised that from Friday’s through Sunday’s it is better to reserve in advance, as they can get busy. Omgosh I almost forgot… this restaurant is “bring your own wine” such a gem! We will definitely return.
