Amazing! The chef / owner has fantastic customer service. While I was waiting for my food to finish, I was offered samples of other foods to try. The inside seating is about 6 chairs at the bar plus a few chairs around the pool table. Seems to be a bar / pool hall that was converted to a restaurant. Plays hip hop / pop music at a medium level. You get to watch your food cook right in front of you. Btw, the owner is from the US Virgin Islands. My food was so good. My life is complete. Haha. I’m glad there are some thriving business in Parramore. I’ll admit, the area was a little sketchy but there’s street parking directly in front of the restaurant so I didn’t have to walk far from my car.

Do not waste your time with this place. A friend was sending me a Valentine gift of food from this restaurant delivered by Uber eats. My friend lives in Thailand, and she was trying to surprise me. Something went wrong with the order and my friend asked me to call the restaurant. The man answering the phone didn’t want to listen, as I was asking about a order placed through Uber eats. He just stated he didn’t know anything about and doesn’t care and hung up. I called back to ask to speak to someone to sort this out, I got the same response and he hung up on me again. If an order is received to be delivered by Uber eats, they would have a record of it. They charged my friend $45 and didn’t fill the order. I never got the food. They don’t care and don’t want to be bothered with a customer who is checking on an order?? Just taking from people and they just don’t care. Don’t go near this place. They really don’t care.
Update one. My friend in Thailand resent the order. I actually received the food this time, since I stood outside waiting for Uber eats to deliver. Not the best delivery service, driver couldn’t figure out that the note, call the number provided for delivery meant to call me when they arrived at the gate of the apartment complex. As for the food, it was ok. As a gift from a very special lady living in Thailand, it is one of the best gifts ever. As the quality of food here in Orlando, it was nothing great. It was wings with fries and a shrimp meal with grits. Red velvet cake for dessert. I think they let the food sit a while under the warmer. The wings were small and dry, although they covered them well in a sauce. The fries were also dry from sitting. The shrimp and grits were bland. I think most of the sauce leaked out of the dinner carton into the bag. They should have realized filling the entire base with grits will leave no room for the sauce on top, so it all leaked out into the bag. The red velvet cake was very dry, old. Regarding my phone call earlier to the restaurant to check on an order through Uber eats to their establishment; well, they know what orders are made and should have the tracking numbers. I don’t know if my friend received a refund or adjustment from the first order, or if they just sent the same food three hours later (most likely), but the fact that I am told they know nothing about the order and don’t care, then hung up on me without saying another word..twice, says a lot about the quality of service. They really don’t care about the people who order their food, so I would assume they don’t care about the food just the same. As the restaurant stated, they really don’t care. I advised my friend in Thailand to never order from this place again. If you don’t care about the quality of your service or food, you shouldn’t be in the food service business.

The lady who wears glasses is horrible she has absolutely no no customer service. I google her place and arrived at 10:44 she replied she just got here and she’s is not opened for business as yet. Then proceeded to slam her metal gate. WOW unbelievable

I was impressed to try this Caribbean restaurant. I picked up curry goat, cabbage, cornbread, rice & peas (and mac and cheese for good measure). Everything was great. I’ll definitely be back.

Lady was very nice. Place was dark. Could use some upgrading. Was disappointed in the food. Expensive but not worth it. Some who came in loved it. It’s in the Paramore neighborhood, just needs some upgrading. Again the lady I ordered from was very nice and caring

Go somewhere else to eat, it’s not worth it. Ordered the All American Breakfast and a Breakfast Sandwich. We received a message saying that the All American Breakfast was unavailable so they swapped it out with a Wing Platter (not even remotely similar), then another message that the Breakfast Sandwich was unavailable so they swapped it out with….the All American Breakfast…(but was just told this is out?) When we got the food, toast was burnt, grits were grainy, bacon was flavorless (no idea how this is possible), fries were soggy, and the wings were small, although the best part of the meal. Didn’t eat much of it, threw the rest out. Another big part of that would be that we found a long hair tangled within the fries bunching a few of them together. Naturally, won’t be eating here ever again and if this is the kind of service and food quality thats common from this restaurant, it’s better off closing and saving others the trouble.

I’m going to speak for my experience I had the salad and the salad (large) was firee it came out to 7 bucks and the passion fruit juice was good aswell. I walked in and ordered and there was a cool older dude who was mad cool whipping my salad. Nice lil hole in the wall spot. Yea it’s in the hood but aye just be you and be cool
