The service was excellent. Our server was attentive, kind, and professional, which made the experience start on a positive note. The staff clearly cares about hospitality, and that deserves recognition.
That said, the orecchiette with broccoli rabe was a complete miss to put it very politely. Instead of a traditional garlic-and-oil preparation, it came smothered in a thick, heavy cream sauce that tasted more appropriate for a bland chicken franchise dish than an Italian classic. It overpowered everything, clashed very badly with the bitterness of the broccoli rabe, and was honestly inedible. I ended up sending it back, which I rarely do.
Great service can’t save a dish that misses the mark this badly. With some serious rethinking of this recipe, Roma could do much better, because the front-of-house is doing their part.

A little “Gem” hidden in a residential area of NJ. Very lovely, well equipped with very nice, respectful staff. Our waitstaff was excellent last night. He was attentive, a great communicator, and very helpful with assisting our host make this surprise Bridal Shower spectacular!! I chose the chicken marcella it was not bad. The eventvroom was spacious, clean & cold as other guest request AC on & off. Would definitely return, and the Owner is also very nice & had va chance to talk with him. GREAT PLACE & SERVICE

We are long time customers and decided to go for Valentines day, the food was amazing, serving amazing! Charging $8.00 to park in your own parking lot with clueless valet was a complete joke. Trying to leave people stood around for 15 minutes or more waiting for their cars while others tried to pull into a lot to try to get off the street. There were cars everywhere. The people infront of us along with others and ourselves end up asking for our keys and pulling out our own vehicles. No matter how good a place is after the disrespect in the parking lot you are not draw to go back anytime soon if ever..

Went here for a baby shower. Everything was delicious, the roasted potatoes were superb, but the chicken francese was a little on the cold side.
