I got two scoops of the Classic Carol. It was good as usual. I have eaten at several Chicken Salad Chics and they are pretty consistent.
I usually get the sandwich which is one of my favorites, but decided to go with a lighter lunch today.
The service was good and the associates were very friendly.
Oh, don’t forget they give you one of them delicious cookies with each plate! Lol

My wife and I visited Chicken Salad Chick on 7/29/25 and took our order to go. Once we got home and began eating, we discovered a plastic bread clip mixed into my wife’s chicken salad. This was very concerning, as it poses a serious safety risk. We expected better quality control and hope the store addresses this issue promptly.

My 1st visit to Chicken Salad Chick. It was great! A good variety of food, different salads, sandwiches and soups to choose from. The counter staff was pleasant & professional. The food was delivered to the table faster than expected, (it was waiting on my wife when she returned from the restroom). She especially loved the grape salad.

First off….food is always amazing. I love chicken salad chick. But I am flabbergasted by the interaction I had with whom I’m assuming is the manager. I called to let them know that they messed up on my catering order. They got someone to speak with me and I explained how my catering order was wrong. Her tone became very defensive and she continued to talk over me when I was trying to explain my side. I was trying to explain the conversation that I had with the person taking my order and she would not let me get a word in edge wise! She was clearly not wanting to deal with it or make to right so she got defensive and said “it was a communication error!!l and I put the exclamations because she was very rude and curt. My company ALWAYS orders from them because we love the food. Well let me tell you….not anymore.

Placed order online for pick up. Went to pick up order and asked about getting my 4th large free since it was Friday and I ordered 3 large. The lady got Patricia the manager and i inquired about the free 4th. Patricia said only if ai call it in and she can’t honor it this time. Even though i told her about my previous visit in June 2025 was told via in drive thru, if I order 3 large I would receive 1 large Free on Fridays only. Patricia still said NO. So, I left and got back to work and noticed I did not get the 3 I ordered, I got 2 of what I ordered and 1 that I didn’t order. I called and Patricia got on the phone and was once again rude and very unprofessional. I would never recommend Chicken Salad to anyone especially from this location. Patricia needs to learn customer service and how to conduct herself in a management role.

It was just what I wanted. They have lots of different kinds of chicken salad to choose from. There are several that I would like to try. My husband had the soup he said the chicken should have been shredded insteadof in chunks. But it was delicious. If I had one complaint in wouldn’t be about the food, only that they shouldn’t use styrofoam cups. Come on… we can do better then that.
Fast forward time- I’ve now tried 4 different kinds of chicken salad. They were all four very good.. I do like some more than others but I haven’t went wrong yet. Today was customer appreciation day and they gave away a scoop of classic Carl…. No one has customer appreciation day anymore so that was nice and I discovered they have a drive-through today. Also nice because I forgot my stinkin mask. I’ll be glad when all that’s over.. Anyway definitely a place I’ll be going back.

I ended up here with a coworker recently. Last minute, she wanted to change our lunch date to here. I’m glad we did. We got there before the lunch crowd really kicked in.
The staff was very kind and friendly. I was able to sample a little of the salad I was interested in before making my decision. I already had my options in mind before arriving.
I ended up getting one scoop of Kickin’ Kay Lynne, and one scoop of Sassy Scotty. After tasting both, next time I will opt for two of the Kickin’ Kay Lynne. It was delicious, tasty, and fresh. As we ate lunch, the staff walked around and continued to be wonderful. Our visit was such a pleasant experience.
