Very clean location. This seems like a newly built store. Service was great. I had the Maple Bacon Whopper which was for a limited time only. That sandwich was delicious.

Be careful with your credit card here, staff got order wrong here, then went to correct it and he took my credit card with him? Then another man bought me cash change for the error but not my credit card? I had to ask harshly where was my credit card? Letting someone take your card out of sight of you is the number one way people copy or photograph your card information. I’ve already alerted my bank in case any strange activity is attempted with my card information in the near future. Strangely the last time my card was compromised, I had just used my card at this same BK? Tomorrow, I plan to call management about the staffs suspicious behavior. NOT acceptable behavior!

terrible. made to wait excessively at the drive thru window when i made it to the speaker before other cars then the girl had an attitude about it. ordered. put it in correctly and still got the order wrong. burger king is the worst food place in America they can never get your order made right. food cold and complete opposite of what i ordered. do not go. spend your money elsewhere and ENJOY what you eat and save yourself the misery.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant since day 1 of opening, always had good food and good customer service. I’m not local, but I visit this location when I drive to visit the casino located in Wetumpka. AL. NEVER DISSAPOINTS.

Me and my boyfriend went to this location, the young girl in the window who apparently knew him from our school refused to serve us what we asked for because she didn’t want to serve my boyfriend, claimed that they didn’t sell certain things because of this reason, and aggressively handed him the bag and I quote said “BYE” that’s all she said, if you want the name of this girl I can provide it…

I’m always missing something when I go through the drive thru. I get home tonight and my double cheeseburger isn’t in the bag. I waited FOREVER for my food and get home to……nope…..I don’t get to eat tonight. At least the kids got theirs.
