Made a new stop for us today . We had been told that Bellacino’s was agood restaurant to visit , and they were correct . Empllyee working the counter , Conner R. , was very polite and helpful . We had a Sandra’s Signature Salad , which we shared and a 16″ Meat Eater pizza . Both the salad & the pizza were very tasty . We did not have to wait very long to be served . If I could give 0 stars I would this place took my food order, mind you this isn’t the first time ordering food here. Typically takes 15 minutes for my order at most. This past Tuesday it took almost 45minutes to get my food. I almost missed my uber because of how long they took to get me my food! Then I call and they play the blame game, saying it was an hour to an hour and a half wait, get a dry erase board to let customers know but to neglect telling customers and then acting like nothing wrong happened is ridiculous. The “ manger “ answered the phone, then hands the phone to his “manager” for his manager to tell me I was speaking to the shift lead. So they lied about their title, why? I don’t know. Then they say was anything wrong with the food? Technically no, did I get to eat it while it was hot like I planned because I had planned to eat at the restaurant. No, all because they can’t get the food out in time. I had to then get home to eat. If I wanted to do that I would have just had it delivered to my house! The incompetence is astounding! Oh and I guess, technically the only thing wrong with the food was they put the sauce cups ontop of the garlic bread like heathens, like right in the middle. Would I have loved to eat my food hot instead of getting home to have to reheat it that would have been amazing! There was no wait for tables, it wasn’t a holiday, there were 2 people waiting for food when I ordered. People who ordered after me got their food before me! I was livid! Y’all’s food is usually really good but the headache isn’t worth it.

My husband ordered a grinder and I ordered toasted ravs. When they brought out his grinder, I was told my ravs woukd be out soon. 25 minutes after ordering, my husband asked about the ravs and was told they had to remake them.
He asked for them to go since he had finished his grinder already.
They finally brought them saying they had to go thru a second time. what?
They were burnt and only 2 were edible.

Third visit August 6th. The place is always empty. They have great food and excellent grinders for being out here in Missouri and being a chain but dang man what happened to all the local people supporting local businesses..

Went in on a week night, very near to closing. They were mopping and placing chairs up on tabletops to get ready to go home. The young woman greets us with enthusiasm and patiently waited to take our order. She asked if we wanted to dine in and that we had approx 25 mins if we chose to. They made the order and it was hot and tasted delicious. I appreciate the service I received and I would definitely return and spend my money at this location. Parmesan sticks are a MUST BUY!! We ate half of them before I could snap the photo

Awesome restaurant if you are hungry for a grinder. Staff is friendly and professional. Restaurant is clean and bright inside. Lots of items to choose from on the menu. Portion sizes are good. Food did not take to long to arrive after ordering. Food always tastes great here. Worth a try if you are in the area.

Great food, Cajun fries are insanely good.
They’ve got the GOOD bacon on their pizzas.
The lunch special is great amount of food for the price.
That being said it is a little on the pricier side for pizza, but the quality speaks for itself. The staff is friendly and bubbly 🙂
Only down side is that they swapped their soda machine and have limited selection for diet/sugar free drinks

First time at this cozy place. The service was fantastic, and the atmosphere reminded me of my favorite pizza place from my youth! It’s a smaller place than I thought it would be, but with the comfortable music, and homestyle seating it fit like a glove! Oh, and the food was head and shoulders above the rest! It was so delicious I can’t compliment them enough about how insanely flavorful their food was. Giving them 11 out of 10 on flavor and yum satisfaction!

This review is for repeatedly under performing. To start off I placed an online order three hours ahead. When I arrived I was told that my order would be right up. 45 minutes, and many excuses later my order was ready. Now for the knit picking. I prefer pie cut pizza slices. I check pie cut slice box EVERY time. I have only received one pizza with pie cut slices, and that was not this visit. Our parmesan bread sticks did not come with the marinara dipping sauce. There was no garlic bread with our pasta order. I will not be ordering from the Arnold location in the future.

Ordered food online then went to pickup. Did not make one of the items (nachos). Said it would be 8 mins. Went up to counter and they gave me the order. Got home and they hadn’t run it through the oven, so I needed to heat it up. And no salsa or sour cream that came with it either. I know it was busy, but that doesn’t make it right. Tried emailing store through the website and it came back undeliverable. So here we are on Google, further hacking me off.
