Food has been excellent, BLT, Cuban. Burger have been delicious. Been here twice and the last time our server disappeared, we had to ask for the check from another server.

I visited this restaurant on Tuesday, March 3rd 2026 and brought a girl there for a first date. I want to start by saying this isn’t my first time here. I’ve been here before several times, I enjoy coming here, and I generally tip generously because the service is usually good and everything runs smoothly. Unfortunately, this particular experience was very different.
When we sat down, the waitress asked if we wanted to hear the specials. I said yes and she listed several items, including a steak with mozzarella cheese, peppers, onions, and mushrooms. The meal sounded good, but I told her I would like it without mushrooms. She immediately told me the dish did not come with mushrooms, even though she had just listed them as part of the special. I told her she had just mentioned mushrooms, but she insisted she didn’t. To avoid making it a bigger issue, I simply repeated that I would like the meal without mushrooms, and she took the order.
When the food came out, the steak had mushrooms all over it, which was the exact thing I had specifically asked to leave off. I called the waitress over and showed her. She then became very frantic and theatrical, saying she didn’t know why the cooks would put mushrooms on it.
She walked to the kitchen and began loudly questioning multiple cooks and other waitresses about it. The conversation was loud enough that I could clearly hear it from my table, which made the situation uncomfortable and felt very unprofessional, especially considering this was happening in the middle of the dining area.
This was frustrating because she had just argued with me earlier about whether mushrooms were even part of the dish.
She later came back and said she had called the owner and the solution offered was to remove one drink from the bill. Considering the steak itself was $56 and not prepared the way it was ordered, that didn’t seem like an appropriate way to resolve the issue. For context, our bill for an appetizer, two meals, and one drink came out to around $150, so the overall experience did not match the level of service you would expect at that price point.
Again, I want to be clear that my past experiences here have generally been good, which is why this was so disappointing. In my opinion, this situation was more about poor service from the waitress than the restaurant itself. I just hope management addresses it so other customers don’t have a similar experience.

Good atmosphere, rustic charm, polite service. The steak and white cheddar ciabatta and Copperbarn omelette were good. The fish tacos weren’t as good as I remembered, but overall: solid food, enjoyable vibes.

If I can give this Gem more than a perfect score, I would! My husband and I decided to go for a nice breakfast to a new place and he found the CopperBarn. As always we look for an inviting, friendly ambiance before deciding on the food options, style and flavors. What came next after sitting, was a friendly, enthusiastic, well versed on the menu and suggestions from our amazing waitress named Kelly! She was so sweet, caring and inviting that made us make a decision to go back again without tasting the food or coffees. Once we received our coffees, we were hooked even deeper! My lavender latte and my husband’s CopperBarn latte were delicious and presentation beautiful. We will definitely go back and bring other friends to enjoy as well! The food was also delicious, my husband had the Italian baguette sandwich with quinoa side and I had the avocado toast with red hummus, bacon and Egg…delish choices!! Thank you Kelly for being super nice and enjoyed the conversations, we will see you soon!! Not to mention the beautiful atmosphere was incredible and the decorations super beautiful!

We found this spot while vacationing in Catskills and absolutely loved it! The food was so fresh and amazing! They also provide cute little colouring pages for kids. We tried their passion fruit ginger ale, veggie wrap, omlete, chicken coob sandwich and french toast. French toast and passion fruit ginger ale is must try!

We went here for the first time today and definitely will be back. Our lunch was really good and fresh. Lots of other things I would love to try. I was a little intimidated/confused by the coffee menu and had no clue what to order lol so maybe next time. Service was friendly.

Service: needs a lot of improvement. Leaving unopened crown cork bottle with ginger beer on a table- unacceptable! When ask to open…answer it says on a cap to twist-eaven worst!
Food: just an average American diner, mixing strawberries, other berries and grapes with potato-doesn’t give you Micheline star.
Atmosphere: eat fast, pay and get out! Maybe because of Mother’s Day but…
Price: pricey for that food and service.

Traveling for work, you tend to miss being home. I walked into this place for the first time and it felt very familiar like home. Greeted and welcomed by Jen was just the beginning of a wonderful dining experience. The food, the service, and the overall ambiance of the place was fantastic! I can’t wait until I’m in town again to come back.

Came in from out of town without knowing where to go and didn’t want to go to the usual chain restaurants. Found this cute spot online and decided to give it a try. Food was wonderful, great selection of drinks, service very good and the atmosphere is really nice. Can’t say enough good things about it. Had a salad that was a special and it was excellent!
