Every time I visit this location or any location it seems that none of the staff have it together. You have to repeat your order 3 times and they still don’t get it right. They give you your food and beverage, no straw, and no utensils but they say it’s in the box. Then you have to get out of your car and go inside to fix your order and get them. They seem annoyed that they have to work. This company needs to hire better staff that has a clue and a manager that cares.

Bojangles’ food is pretty decent. Sadly, their service is literally the worst in the fast food industry. This one, in particular, is staffed by some of the rudest people I’ve met. Exception – Kaya, who does a good job and is fast and efficient. Very bad experience with Serenity, and when I complained, she literally laughed. Co-owner John was there and seemed downtrodden and like he doesn’t have great management over the attitudes of his employees. Restaurant is a bit dirty; not terrible. Dead bugs in the lights. Convenient location and good parking.

This is the worse Bojangles in the area. Every single time I come here I ask for golden biscuits. They are always serving burnt biscuits. I specifically asked for my biscuit not to be burnt and they did it again! I haven’t been to this location in 2 years for this reason. I tried to give them another shot and they did it again.

I’ve been to a lot of Bojangles over the years but this one had the freshest, hottest, and most perfectly seasoned biscuits I’ve had yet! The chicken was juicy and everything was overall very fresh. Bathrooms were clean too!

Horrible experience. Took my order back so it could be corrected it was still wrong. I should have just gotten my money back. The girl at the register had poor listening and communication skills.. she couldn’t listen enough to correct the order. I wouldn’t go back or recommend. I just reported it to customer service. Drive thru closed. Inside is filthy. Bathroom hasn’t been cleaned since the 90’s. Understaffed and undertrained. As I waited 20 minutes for my meal, I watched as they messed up 6 orders in a row. Finally she called me up to the counter and said, “I don’t think you want these grits.” As she pointed to a crusty dirty week old pan with mold. I told her “I don’t WANT any of it now. Can I just get a refund so I can eat somewhere else?” Was simply told, “Nah.” Then I threw away my entire meal on the way out the door. No more Bojangles for me any place ever.

Average chicken spot here biscuits were pretty good Cajun chicken was ok fries were average chicken was good but nothing special sweet tea didn’t taste legendary wouldn’t go out of my way to have it but if I was near it and nothing else around it would do the job

Fries were crispy shells, chicken lukewarm, biscuit old. Upsold me on a large drink and a boberry biscuit which I decided to do. Pepsi flat, bo berry biscuit was warm, soft in the center but hard at the edges. Just a waste of money. It was already rated 3.5 stars. I should have just stayed away

I went to have breakfast and although the drive-thru line was long as well as the line inside, I decided to go inside and sit. The manager was motivating the staff and was patient with the customers. It took a while but he apologized to each customer. He remained calm and set the tone for the staff to remain calm as well. Such a great quality to have in a supervisor. I think the supervisor’s name is Terry but I could be wrong. Good job sir!
