Got the original chicken sandwich and I had it remade 3 times and asked for made to order. The breading still came out brown like they were sitting. The chicken just looks old and not right. Not much flavor either.

I ordered the #2 and it came with a ton of jalapeños. So I asked Cris if I could have it remade as the sign didn’t say it had them and I don’t eat them. He happily accepted and apologized and had it remade. No attitude, no excuses that I’m so use to hearing from other places.

Absolutely the worst service I have had! I order and the lady clearly can’t understand English and when I think she has it right… I was wrong.. I get to the window and ask the lady to confirm my order. She looked completely confused as to what I was even asking. Finally I said screw it and drove off.
Burger King you need to get people that understand English better.

Took them literally 14 minutes to make a burger waiting at the window. They also wasn’t in any hurry with the order. We had 4 other things with the order but they messed up on the burger and that’s what we was waiting on.

My daughter and I went through the drive through for breakfast. We both got French toast and they were WAY under cooked, super mushy, some of them were put in the bag in must pieces, we didn’t even eat them. To top it off, the person at the window didn’t even respond to my cheerful “good morning”…

Honestly, I came in just expecting a quick meal, but this guy named Alberto really stood out. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely made the experience better than others, you could tell he actually cares about the customers, he greeted people with a smile, was super patient, and just had a great attitude overall!
It’s not every day you come across someone who brings that kind of positive energy, especially in a fast-paced place like this. I left thinking, “Wow, that guy really made my day a little better,” and I figured it was worth saying something.

The lady working the window on 9/26/25 at 5:08 pm was rude and made us feel rushed for simply looking at the menu and trying to figure out what we wanted, as we were trying to add to our order she interrupted and said “just let me know when you’re ready” which is a completely understandable statement if we had just came to the speaker, but this was well into our order and the tone of voice implied that we were being rushed, so inevitably my baby daddy didn’t get anything to eat because of this, his food was the last thing he was trying to order before being interrupted
