My daughter bought me a croissant. The croissant is black burnt black needs to tell anybody do not give any customer a black burnt croissant. This is so disgusting. I want my money back. I will never come here again and buy any croissant or any baked goods.

This is my last stop here ever. Work night shift, got a long ride home. I just want to grab a coffee. Maybe a muffin or something, and they consistently screw up my order every time. I get it every now and then something gets screwed up…this has gotta be literally the fifth time in a row. My medium french vanilla ice coffee turns into a regular hot coffee with cream and two sugars and my ten munchkins evidently, well, they don’t know how to count higher than 7. I go to pick up my order at the end of the counter, the girl asks me twice if I ordered a regular hot coffee, I said no. Another person that was behind me in line picks up her order. I’m like, what’s going on here? I look at my receipt, yeah, though I clearly said french vanilla ice coffee, she’s got medium hot coffee milk, 2 sugars on the receipt. Open up the bag, yeah. There’s only seven munchkins in there. ♂️ The second girl that helped me was very nice and fixed the order, but seriously, it’s literally every time I come here. I’m done.

I just wish Dunkin had not redone all the lighting to be so brutally bright. I can’t stay and work because it hurts my eyes. Not the fault of this location. All of them are this way now.

I got a sausage egg and cheese with bacon and they didnt even put the bacon on the sandwich and didnt notice till I got to my work and its the 2nd time happening and says on the sticker to add bacon

Spoke to Director about our manager or whoever he was about two transactions that made three the app and I was charged for has shown pending Transaction on my account now was just pushed off as if my money will go back to my account even though one of them has not gone back from last week has does not actually support their customers and their needs

Please never get rid of the vanilla creme or apple n spice donuts… This is like the only Dunkin that has them both and they are the best ever if you get rid of them I will fall into a state of deep depression

Service is atrocious! They ignore you then seem like you are bothering them when you order. There is one guy who actually puts enough cream cheese on the bagels. Everyone else put a very thin layer so you can’t even taste the cream cheese. One of the worst dunkin donuts. I will start going to a different location.
