Where to start? It’s February 21 and there’s still Christmas music playing in the lobby. That’s minor. One of the sandwiches was barely warm, the other took 20 minutes to get to my table. Meanwhile., the drive thru is moving right along like the priority it must be. Our spicy chicken was definitely NOT spicy. Also, the person dressing the sandwiches put pickles on, then turned around and grabbed the handle of some kind of door… I guess either they don’t care about spreading germs, or they simply don’t understand. I won’t be back.

I managed Gas Stations for 30 years so I understand frustration of a manager, but the door was locked and it was 10 o’clock so I went around to the other side and walked in and ignored me. Just looked at me. Manager finally comes out it says they’re not open I said, but it’s 10 o’clock. She said I know, but I don’t know where my cashier is. It was very frustrating. I had waited for 15 minutes for them to open and then to us be treated like that. Went there this morning to satisfy a craving. Asked Gemini and manually Googled to confirm open hours of 10am to 11pm. Got there at 10:15am, confirmed the lobby hours on the door which was unlocked, and went in. At the counter, I was told “we’re not open.” Ok…I asked when they would open. I was then asked what I wanted. I told them. Told again “we’re not open”. Asked again when they would open. No response at all. We need a Bojangles because THAT was foolishness at its best!

Kitchen broken down over 1.5 hours before closing. Refused to cook any product. Not uncommon at this location. Terrible management! Don’t expect food past 8pm. Worst location ever!
