Sushi sashimi lunch a great deal for any locals or visitors looking for value. After many visits to sushi locations all over New Jersey I can say this is the best lunch deal I have found so far. Great amount of food and quick service. Restaurant was 60% capacity and still had a very attentive server. If you are looking for a sushi value deal this is the spot. Total for my meal including two drinks $18.55

I love their sushi and overall customer service. They even added a ramp for accessibility. I have been a customer here for over 7+ years.

Loved Fujiyama for many many years, food was always great and sushi was delish. Ever since the pandemic we have been here many times food & service has gone down in quality drastically. Tonight’s service was just terrible, salad is just lettuce and dressing, sushi was just Messy, got the entree before the appetizer and the bubble teas after eating our entree and half way appetizers. Servers need to be a bit more friendly.

Welcome back to another unique review from the podcast team of R.E.D.

Yesterday my wife and I went to this location for dinner.

We ordered a few several things. The sushi table side was by far the best. The bread for the Bao, although supposed to melt in one’s mouth seemed a bit chewy. To identify the prices of the items I am mentioning feel free to use the upload of our receipt as a guide.

The soft drinks coke, and ginger ale I ordered were very flat. It seems they don’t service their soft drink machines often. A good drink can do much for a good food. This unfortunately was not the case. We also ordered fried rice, the chicken was overcooked and dry. And the rice was greasy and a bit heavy on the gut.

I would not recommend this place to others due to the atmosphere. It is very quiet, with the exception of generic music playing from the radio.

Overall you won’t be impressed with this restaurant. It is basic, simple, and doesn’t leave one feeling satisfied. Catch you on the next review guys!

If you enjoy Hibachi then this is one you have try. Great for the family or if you want to simply dine alone. Split in two separate sections, hibachi on one side and sushi on the other the choice is yours. Here’s the finisher ice cream; with flavors ranging from chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, green tea or fried ice cream. Overall a wonderful dining experience.

Nice aesthetic and great interior. Service was ok but very quick and efficient. Pretty great sushi options with all the special rolls. Really enjoyed the quality of the sushi. The hibachi stations looked really cool so I definitely want to try that next time.

Now for my standard COVID comments as of January 2023. Staff members are wearing masks and the seating is decently distanced. Felt completely fine sitting inside and enjoyed my dinner.

no wonder this place is consistently packed… the sushi and sashimi were all fresh… we ordered the love boat for two… kani salad… and seafood fried rice… the love boat didn’t have a fancy presentation but pretty much makes up on the freshness of everything on it… the service is excellent as well… server is keeping us up to date on pending order… very attentive to our additional needs… i guess another ♥️ tag on the map… cheers!

Reserved for a total of 6 on a Saturday for the hibachi dinner. They couldn’t find my reservation. They aren’t the friendliest staff. The drinks are tasty and inexpensive however they barely have alcohol. The restaurant is too small in size. They don’t have a bar area to wait. Their hibachi room is small. They have guests waiting all over and watching you as you enjoy your meal because there’s a spillage of ppl from the entrance to the hibachi room. The hibachi presentation is okay. I’ve seen better. The food portions are poor. Two of us ordered lobster and shrimp. They literally chopped up 4 lobster tails (lobster tails aren’t large) My rice portion was small. We shared a table with a couple and two children. The chef divided rice between all 9 of us. My sister was the only person to order noodles and her portion filled her plate. Very strange. The prices do not match the amount of food you’re served. I ordered a shrimp tempura roll because I was still hungry. I will say they have good, inexpensive sushi. Outside of that, I’ll only come back for sushi. All large gatherings, I’ll respectfully decline.

Been going here for years and had many party’s and family meet ups here. But as of today I will not be going back my favorite sushi roll was change so badly I had to spit it out and the rice was so hard it wasn’t edible. Hate to see good menus die but this is trash.
