For starters if you have never had a sourdough crust pizza TRY IT FIRST!!! It will NOT disappoint.
My kids go to meal is the pizza, with 2 Lil cookies and a drink- I really enjoy the Turkey & bacon club it is absolutely delicious! The place is quiet and cozy, really good lemonade! Somewhere to hang out, have a good bite to eat & they have cinnabon cinnamon rolls- YES the OG giant fluffy delicious and warm cinnabon from malls around America! Check them out.

I’ve never eaten at a Schlotzsky’s before, this was my first experience. Overall, it’s okay, but not the greatest. I ordered and paid for extra pepperoni, I assume then that regular pepperoni must be one per slice. Probably won’t be back, little Ceasars would be as fulfilling for half the price.

I drove through Schlotzsky’s on Thursday, 11Dec. I ordered a Coke Zero and a turkey rueben. Service was great….the sandwich was the best sandwich I have ever had! The swiss cheese had that distinct swiss cheese flavor. The dark rye was toasted and crunchy on the edges. A perfect amount of thousand island, sauerkraut, and turkey! Well Done!!!!!

Had lunch here just now but don’t get over to this area often. The bread is what makes me crave Schlotsky’s, and that was crispy and airy as always. But the true gem of the experience was Ashley, who was very patient and kind with me as I dealt with a card issue (kept getting flagged as fraudulent and thus declined), making sure that I didn’t get lost in the shuffle and that I wasn’t embarrassed by it — struggling with payment no matter the reason is always stressful and a little shameful, but she was so understanding. Very terrific customer service, and while I was on the phone with my bank, she kept an eye out for me and showed impressive initiative by wiping down tables while I waited. Give her a raise!

I ordered the veggie sandwich meal as I am a vegetarian. I was stupid and assumed that when I say “the veggie” they heard “the veggie” and so I didn’t check to make sure that my veggie sandwich wasn’t turkey. Anyway now I’m almost $15 out with no lunch and a sandwich I can’t eat. I called the restaurant and they pulled my receipt. They can’t give me a refund and they won’t give me a coupon, they will only give me another sandwich at some time in the future. Apparently they just keep a list of people whose orders are wrong and you have to hope they don’t mess with it when you go get your “free” sandwich. I will never be back and I’m quite upset. I gave my inedible $15 sandwich to a coworker and missed lunch because just like a playground bully, they took my lunch money.

The food was amazing! And the salads are so big. My kids loved the pizza and the cinnamon rolls were incredible. The staff are very kind, one of the staff gave my son free chips. 10/10 would recommend

Person taking order had trouble taking my order then waited almost 40 minutes for my food watch someone spilled Coke all over the floor. No one cleaned it up. They missed a part of my order as well. Four employees were just standing watching one person Prepare the food while I was waiting over 40 minutes for my food.

These restaurants are few and far in between these days. I love this restaurant and I’m always happy to see one in my travels. This store didn’t have their lobby open today. That’s the worst thing I can say though. Drive thru was quick. The woman answered my questions and got my order correct. The food was hot and fresh. I was happy I selected this place. I hope to be back by again soon.
