I wish all the McDonald’s locations in the U.S. had this kind of service . I don’t understand why the Big Tasty isn’t on the menu at other branches, it’s the best burger ever! This McDonald’s Headquarters reminded me of the ones we eat at outside the U.S. clean and really good! Sadly, most other branches still need a lot of work

Cool place to visit! Ordered Triple Onion Burger (Korean flavor) and Banana Tart McFlurry (Japanese flavor). All came out surprisingly good! Forgot about the look, just enjoy the taste One down thing is I think they should put more stuffs in the global menu. Other than that everything else is great here!

This McDonald’s is a wonderful establishment. A1 customer service, very clean, and the staff is super helpful and welcoming. They even have hostesses willing to assist you and free refills. The atmosphere is really nice and honestly feels kind of fancy. Definitely a vibe. I actually enjoy coming here.

What a beautiful experience for a late lunch! It was so nice to try options from other countries. The only drawback was that they forgot to include sauces, but they had no problem providing them when reminded. It was a bit sad to see the world map covered with Golden Arches lit up everywhere except Russia (there’s a reason for that, which has nothing to do with this location). 10/10, must come back and hopefully try more worldwide options!

The General Manager at the Shooting Park/Peru, Illinois Store is very rude to her managers and employees. Most are afraid to report her in fear of losing their jobs. To be in a leadership role you should lead by example of treating everyone with respect and kindness. I rate that store with a 1– 1 being the lowest score possible. Maybe the GM at that store should have video training on how to treat her subordinates with humanly respect.

Your restaurants are on a downward spiral of bad food and customer service. We now have better options. You all were on top for years because we could get decent food for decent price in a decent amount of time. EVERYTHING that made McDonald’s special, is withering away. As will your profits before too long. People want fresh food. You all cant even cook frozen food and serve it. Sad. Maybe put a QR code below the ? Of Are your fries hot? People will respond. Employee incentives. Gift cards for the most positive reviews. Something… Or I will just keep going to Calvers and making my own breakfast burritos.

I’m so glad I stumbled upon this McDonald’s because it’s not your ordinary mcds. I’ve been to many McDonald’s around the world and loved the unique items offered in each region and seeing some of them available here at this location was such a cool experience. I wish there were more global options available but I guess the menu changes from time to time. The staff was very friendly and orderly and the usual menu items were on point

My family recently experienced a very serious incident at a McDonald’s restaurant (#26537 in Springfield, MA), and the lack of response from McDonald’s corporate has been extremely disappointing.
My elderly uncle and aunt accidentally left a purse inside the restaurant. According to the Springfield Police Report (#25-14169-OF), a McDonald’s employee found the purse and placed it in the manager’s office for safekeeping. The next day, the manager stated the purse was thrown away. Inside were their Dominican passports, national ID cards, $750 USD, 20,000 Dominican pesos, a cellphone, and my aunt’s daily medication.
This left two elderly foreign visitors with no identification, no money, no medication, and no way to travel. The stress of the situation caused my uncle to be hospitalized, and the family spent significant money and time traveling to Massachusetts, New York City, and the Dominican Consulate to replace all of their documents.
We have filed a complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney General, submitted multiple reports through McDonald’s channels, and received three different case numbers. Despite several calls, emails, and detailed explanations, no one from Corporate Risk Management or Legal has ever contacted us. One of the cases was even closed without any follow-up.
For a company of this size, the lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. We are still waiting for McDonald’s corporate to address this situation and take responsibility for what happened.

When the employees saw that I was black, they would not give me the order I placed for my daughter. The 3 mexican employees kept handing each other my order and the girl employee was laughing and looking at us through the window. One guy employee bring the food and he looked at us and took the food back. Those employees discriminated against my family. We ordered at 6:22pm and sat there until 6:42pm waiting and they still did not give my daughter her food. This is wrong. Please give me the refund.
