I cannot even express how terrible this Taco Bell is! At this point, my order has been wrong and missing EVERY SINGLE TIME I have ordered, and someone needs to do something about it. I went and looked and I have ordered from there 15 times in the last 6 months, and not a single order was right. NOT ONE, and their solution is to give me a coupon to use for the next time. Maybe you should get some workers who actually do their job and make sure people are getting good quality food… oh and their FULL order.
Im finally on my last straw, and wanted to let everyone see the chicken that I got in my avocado each burrito. It’s so overcooked that I bit into it and I couldn’t even bite through it. And I was missing THREE items. DO BETTER!!!!

Probably the Slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to, doesn’t matter wether they have 50 employees working hardly anyone is actually working, we can order just a few things and it will take 20-30 minutes to get our food.
Tonight we waited 45 to be told the could not make our food because they’re where out of potatoes and 2 of the 3 things we ordered had potatoes. We where the first people to order yet it took 45 minutes for them to even look at what we had ordered.

They get food orders wrong frequently, last time i ordered a quesarito it was a sloppily made half ass version of a beefy 5 layer burrito but smaller wasnt even a quesadilla with the ingredients the og quesarito had inside totally not worth it. In fact now that i think about it they probably gave me a beefy 5 layer burrito and not a quesarito at all.
To make matters worse they apparently say theyre hiring but wont hire anyone so youre just stuck with incompetent staff who dont make food right or give you right items the manager herself seems nice everyone else just cant seem to do what theyre supposed to.
The foods okayish overall unless you get the quesarito or the frescas which are usually full of what seems like old almost expired fruit the mango fresca particularly tends to be bitter and sour.
Also if you order pickup thru the drive thru and they dont have the item they substitute it without asking if you want it and make you pay for an item you didnt order and dont refund you.
Overall the place isnt worth it unless youre in a hurry and dont care about wasting money half their tables are normally dirty anyways and the space is cramped for seating with very dim lighting would not recommend

Was a great meal until I got to the quesadilla. It was not cut, was barely grilled to the point the cheese isn’t even melted and didn’t have any of the spicy sauce on it. I tried to call to hopefully try to somehow fix this but no answer.

The food was surprisingly a let down for what I typically experience at a Tacobell. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the building was kept clean. The tables were all crumbs and stains free, too. Despite the food quality, I’d still venture back here.

This was an awful experience I wouldn’t have even given this place a 1 star if I had the chance. Only reason they even got a one was because the blonde girl with glasses was soooo sweet. Also the manager was nice. Wherever she went after that I am not sure. So here was the issue tables were very unclean. The younger kids in the back played around. We ordered 2 bean burritos for my daughter that were supposed to have no onion because she would be hospitalized. We waited forever for 2 bean burritos. The kid making it had a shifty attitude. We come back to the table we realize we are missing cinnamon twist and nacho and cheese. So I had to return to get it. Tacos were cold and cheese was not melted on the quesadilla. I would not be surprised if we got food poisoning. We will not be coming back there was no trying to make it right or even a real apology.

RIP OFF! Got the discovery box and had them switch the hard Shell tacos for soft shell tacos hardly any meat on the tacos, almost no lettuce and barely any cheese felt like I was eating just a tortilla and same with the crunch wrap. But the girl at the window was nice. Paid $10 for something not worth $5.

Absolutely disgusting restaurant! Can’t get the orders right but the worst part is the work station that they don’t clean. I’ve never seen a fast food place this dirty and serving people food from it. Just wow!

Waited in drive through for nearly a hour. Only four cars served in that time. If you enjoy wasting your time on below average food this is the ideal place for you
