We passed it once and almost a second time. No clear markings for the entrance. Once we got in, we had no idea where to actually enter it. And then not sure if we should seat ourselves or not, finally someone said we could sit anywhere. Almost 10 minutes later someone came to ask our drink order and then brought menus. Nachos, cheese burger, fries and a Dr Pepper was $46!!! The nachos were “carnival nachos” the burger did have a great flavor. Live music was great!!

The frog legs were so over cooked I left the other 2 out of 4 ..the fries are a half order ..Go to Shucks Restaurant instead on the water also..Bar too.. The 3 was for the Alligators we saw while there ..

Today was the first time I’ve tried Loggerhead’s Bar & Grill. Husband brought meat & cheese nachos, fried mushrooms, & onion rings home for lunch. I’ll start with the “HUGE” serving of nachos, yummy. They had a massive amount of chips with every inch smothered in meat and cheese, big enough for 2 maybe 3. So so good. I’d say 10/10. The fried mushrooms were perfectly seasoned and were crispy on the outside while each bite was a burst of fresh tasty juiciness on the inside, served with ranch. Also a 10/10. Now let me tell you about the dang onion rings. Thinly sliced, battered, & fried to a golden perfection, I hurt myself on these. Every bite was a burst of flavor that lit up my palette. But, I have 2 complaints about the rings, 1 I had to share with the husband and 2, no brown gravy to dip them in. (completely no fault of Loggerheads, just the husband) Again a 10/10. Loggerhead’s definitely did not disappoint!!! Totally satisfied. Thanks for a great lunch and will be trying more soon!!!! If ya haven’t tried their food ya might wanna.

Really beautiful facility consisting of two main buildings, as far as I could tell. What a beautiful place for wedding receptions or other large parties. The smaller building on the right is open for lunch and dinner. We were there for lunch. Interesting lunch menu. Very good food and beautiful views of the river.

Love this place. Servers are prompt and friendly. Great deck on the river, and food is good. Not a large menu but what ive had is great, good portions and cold beer. What more could u ask for? Live music on the weekends. I like the shrimp basket peel n eat with crackers…good Cajun seasoning not too spicy.

Super Frie day and attentive Staff with the Louisiana atmosphere you are looking for. Situated on the Bayou you are guaranteed to see an alligator or two. The food is excellent and so is the entertainment. It is a must do!. Full Bar, Lots of Draft Choices. The Duck Tenders and Button Mushrooms were Fabulous!
