Looking for an incredible drink and delectable food crafted by passionate, caring, and talented people in the coziest, most historic setting? Arrow is your place. It’s our go-to spot for date nights and a must-visit whenever we have guests in town. The warmth and care the owners pour into every detail is clear, from the menu to the atmosphere. Service is always so genuinely kind, and there’s always something new and exciting to try.
We love sitting at the bar to chat with the knowledgeable bartenders, or relaxing in the comfy chairs while soaking in the cool ambiance. And the jazz events they host from time to time are an absolute delight. If you haven’t been to Arrow, you’re seriously missing out. We love it!

Best cocktail lounge in MHK. Some of my favorite drinks I’ve ever had were from here. Love the vibe, the drinks, and the food is also incredible.

The atmosphere here feels a little upscale with the fancy drink selection and charcuterie, but also laid back and relaxing. It definitely has a historic feel to it too, which is very cool. I haven’t eaten much here yet, but the charcuterie is good and the menu looks like it has some tasty stuff that you wouldn’t find anywhere else in town. The drink selection is good, and the staff is amazing! We’ll be coming back soon!

We hosted our engagement party here and what an absolute treat it was! The venue is stunning, the food is delicious, and the staff bent over backwards to ensure our guests had an amazing time. We got nothing but rave reviews on our choice of location and caterer.
The rental space at the cocktail lounge is impeccably decorated: simple, vintage touches that make even a silly themed party feel like an elegant affair. Even undecorated, walking in to the rental space felt like stepping into an alternate timeline where nothing bad could happen and good vibes abound.
Our rental included setup and breakdown, a private bar + bartender, and all of the amenities needed to throw a kickass party. All we had to bring was our decorations and our friends.
This is definitely one of those places where you get what you pay for — we paid for quality because we wanted an amazing experience and Arrow absolutely delivered!

Found this spot while visiting, really cute and historic. Although the menu was on the pricier side, the service was great and everything was so delicious, so it was a great experience.

Review is a bit biased as I’ve immensely enjoyed the cocktail programs that the owners have put together at their other ventures, Arrow Coffee and The Pool House. The offerings here did not disappoint. We enjoyed their flavorful smash burgers and fries and appreciated the smaller servings allowing us to have more room for dessert, which was the opera house cake and the pineapple raspberry ice cream, which was honestly some of the best ice cream I’ve had. Our bartender, Beth, was extremely courteous, helpful and took the time to interact and we really appreciated that. I highly recommend a visit if you have the chance.

We’re foodies and like a good cocktail and everything was wonderful. Cocktails were really excellent (we had 2 with foam on top and their foam game is strong). Food was all very good. Service was especially good. 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing experience in Manhattan, KS.
I think some people still don’t realize that Arrow is so much more than just a cocktail bar. The other weekend, Arrow served me the best meal I’ve had in Manhattan. In a community that can sometimes lack true freshness, Arrow stands out—they make everything from scratch, right down to the pasta.
If you haven’t been, I highly recommend giving Arrow a try. Both the cocktails and the food are an 11 out of 10.

Since I haven’t seen a peep about this from the owners I think it’s important to note that Arrow Cocktail Lounge let their Executive Chef go just before Thanksgiving. I don’t want anyone going there thinking it is going to be his food, which is most of the food that is posted here.
The cook they have now is a very nice person they had my husband train and we are looking forward to seeing what they come up with. I’ll add photos if we go eat their food at some point. It is still pretty much the only place without tvs in this town.
PS: be really careful about signing up for their email list, it is well-known in town that it is basically just the owner’s long-winded mansplaining blog and barely mentions anything else.
