I was looking for a breakfast spot on Sunday but didn’t feel like driving into Columbia. I found this post was just a few miles down the road from me amd had great reviews so I gave it a shot. This is a family run, local small business that treats each customer as family. They were so kind from the moment we walked in and made us feel right at home. The menu is a nice country style menu filled with foods I grew up on. The meals were prepared in a timely manner and were delicious with great portions. This is my new local breakfast spot.

Glad we tried Angel’s Diner. One of us got breakfast, one of us got lunch. It was very good! We will be back to try more items. So much to choose from. There is also senior/kids menu options.
If you are on the opposite side of the road (heading toward Sumter from Cola), there is a cut across opening to use to pull in to the parking lot. The building is bright blue. Disabled and regular lot parking. No steps.
Sunday opened at 11AM. Booths, tables and a long table for wheelchair access or a larger group. Plenty of menu options for breakfast all day or lunch also starting at 11AM daily.
We had an omelet, sausage gravy, hash browns with sautéed onions, and seasoned tots with a pepper jack cheeseburger, both with perfectly sweetened sweet tea! The burger was juicy, the produce toppings were fresh and crispy, the tots were seasoned perfectly and a packet of Duke’s for the win! The omelet and hash browns with gravy is what I wanted. Like I said, lots on their menu u to try. We will return to try more.
Service was outstanding. So kind and welcoming and helpful.
Military and first responders get a discount at the register when paying. They accept all forms of card payment.
Near McEntire JNGB.
We couldn’t ask for more.

Wanted a quick home cooked breakfast. Someone recommended Angels Diner. It was only 8 minutes away. Figured i would give it a try. Was greeted with smiles at the door. Friendly hospitality. Ordered the Country breakfast platter. With fried bologna. It was about 1/2 thick. Grilled to perfection. Sweet tea was exceptional well. Will definitely be back for breakfast. Going to try the lunch as well.

Absolutely wonderful lunch at Angels Diner. The food was fabulous, and the service was even better! The shrimp and grits were some of the best I’ve ever had, and my daughter raved about the chili and cornbread. Don’t forget to try the homemade baked goods on the way out! Thank you for such a lovely experience!

Come here for nurishment of the body and soul. The proprietress gives away bibles to those who need the word. She will offer grace for the food she brings. This is a case of a woman trying to do the Lord’s work while she make a living doing her work.
Old building, but clean.
Good food.
Refer to tator tots as potato barrels and it will make her day.
