Bad experience at this location. The cashier lady working did not give me a tray when ordering for dine-in, she said they don’t have any… The bottom of the plate was way too hot to carry, plus I ordered extra side orders and sauces and couldn’t carry everything, so I told her no problem about the trays but I asked her to bag it for me instead, she threw the bag at me on the counter and said I’m not bagging it for you if you ordered if for here that’s why I asked you , and I told her yeah but I didn’t know you didn’t have any trays ? She said well everyone else just carries their food with their hands !!! Then she refused to give me her name and even covered her name tag and threatened to call Securty on me .

Very dishonest people, poor service! ! Charged me for extra for something I didn’t order! Also, won’t let me try a piece of the dish to make sure it’s not spicy. At the end all I get is I’m sorry! So I advise people to watch your receipt when ordering food because they can very well charge you for something you didn’t order plus the guy said “ cash only”!

Usually out of Beijing beef. Customer service was terrible. I told him the portion sizes were a bit skimpy (should be a 3-item with double Beijing beef) and server said ‘that’s what it should be’. I had bring up with the manager to get extra rice and Beijing beef.

The lady in the front of the house named Elena was very rude to my husband when he was paying for our food. My husband was asking if one of the soda is cherry coke and opened it to make sure, the soda was half full and my husband asked Elena to put a little bit more. She grabbed the cup and filled it up to the top and angrily put it down in the counter. At this point the soda is over flowing in the counter so my husband asked Elena if she has napkin to wipe the soda cup and the counter, she point a box of napkins and she said “here” in the very rude way. What a disappointment experience at Panda Express, The Oaks Mall. -0 stars

Great food here, I had fried rice and a steak dish and Orange Chicken. Honestly like the orange here more than the Agoura location, it had a stronger Orange flavor from the sauce.
