Mounds of chicken under heat lamps. They have fried okra to keep my wife happy and the cole slaw is passable. Dude working there are pretty casual. Chicken is ok, no spiciness and lightly seasoned. Typical fast food fried chicken. Nothing outstanding or specialties offered.

We just had the absolute worst experience at the Churches Chicken on Southern. We waited over 45 mins for our order all while the rudest manager lied to all the customers claiming to be the only on there. While we watch 4 other employees wander around being useless!!! They ran out of Mac and cheese, jalapeños, spicy chicken, and they had 2 cups of mashed potatoes left oh and no ice for your drinks!! I can understand being busy I can understand running out of things but I can never understand being rude!!!

Hadn’t been to a Church’s in like 10 years. Food was fresh and hot. Online order was ready when we got there. Employees were friendly. Overall a good experience. The best part was the price honestly. $24 for a family meal that fed 4 people. You just don’t see that anymore really. Great job Church’s.

All the chicken, from Church’s Chicken on 3801 Southern Blvd RIO RANCHO NM was RAW. Management was very rude, had it delivered, yet wanted someone to drive out 17 mi to/from location, to prove it was raw. Cooperate was called. Just hopefully we all don’t get sick, from this. Management was terrible & definitely was disappointed by how they responded by how awful it was. Ordered online…was very inconvenient to drive back to this location.

I asked for fresh okra and fresh chicken tenders. My order came out less than 3 minutes later, indicative of heating lamp leftovers. I insisted on HOT FRESH OKRA AND TENDERS… As I’m walking away I turned to watch the cashier dump my cold tenders BACK IN THE FRYER. OH nah nah nah!!! Got my money back and will NEVER GO BACK!! NO WONDER THERE’S NEVER ANY BUSINESS THERE

I came to this Church’s to order food. I presented a coupon for 2 can dine for $9.99 chicken or tenders 5 piece.
which I was told that it may not be in system. I was told that it was, so I placed the order and then come to find out the system doesn’t have the tenders and the cashier said there’s no option for the tenders, just the chicken. I showed her the coupon where it said 5 piece chicken or 5 piece tenders. She there’s no option for the 5 piece tenders. I then cancelled my transaction. She also told me that each Church’s is a franchise and don’t always honor coupons. Needless to say I will not give this particular Church’s my business, ever.

This place never has chicken ready. Every time I go through drive thru there’s ALWAYS a 15-30+min wait. Anytime after 5pm there’s always a wait. The food is ok. Is it worth the wait no. Staff is a hit or miss.

Ordered on the app. Waited 40 minutes after I should have received it, while I saw 3 cars that were after me leave with their orders. Order missing half the food. Had to go back. Still shorted my order. When I got back home my family told me we were short 2 pcs of chicken. I understand being short staffed but they’re a chicken place. Cooking chicken shouldn’t stop. If this was the first incident I would be more understanding but it’s always something every time I go there. I won’t be going back.

Pulled up to the speaker. Sat for six minutes before they took our order. Ordering one side item, bombers. Still sitting ten minutes later. People behind us have gotten their orders. Nobody was in front of us.
