Placed order online went through drive thru to pick up and was told “come inside” went in waited more than 5 minutes for food. Items were just shoved into the bags both buckets lids were off, one gravy was not completely closed and leaked out, asked for extra crispy and over half was original recipe all of it was doughy and the biscuits still had raw dough when we tore them apart.
For paying nearly $60 I expected a much better meal. Purchased a 16 piece family meal and 5 pieces were eaten. Some did not even eat the chicken.

6pm sat afternoon I ordered a meal on the inside stood at the counter for at least 6 minutes. The entire time I watched the manager make food with no gloves on with rings on her fingers. She not one time washed her hands before approaching the front counter as she wiped her hands on her shirt and asked If I need anything. This was one of the most unsanitary things I have witnessed in a long time. Probably happens more than often but to stand there and watch, I’m appalled. Eat at your own risk ⚠️

When I came to pick up my order the employee yelled at me my order was missing and they couldn’t find my order I she is the shift manager. She didn’t have a badge on her chest, her name wasn’t written. Everything is lying on the floor, it works very sloppily. I do not recommend ordering food here, it is very unhygienic.

The chicken was burned and too hard. There was oil instead of sauce (I asked for the buffalo sauce). This was a waste of money and a danger to my health (KFC in general is bad for you but the amount of oil present in this plate made it worse).
