This taco bell is horrible I stated twice i wanted the taco supreme party pack and they still decided to ring me up the regular party pack. One they didn’t listen when I stated it twice second called up there and the manager acted as if she didn’t care to hear the complaint because her employees werent listening to my order and for the price it really isn’t worth not only did they get my order wrong they only gave 11 tacos instead of the 12 it came with. I wont be back that is horrible maybe train your employees to be better at listening to their customers I will not return to this one ill go somewhere else from now on. Thanks to not listening and a manager not caring about her customers complaints

2 days in a row I have gone to Taco Bell and 2 days in a row they have rounded up my total without asking me. My total magically goes back down when I ask for the receipt before paying. I always say yes to rounding up, it’s the fact they are doing it without asking!

9pm sat. Go inside lobby has 6 people inside. Start my order. Guy behind the counter tells me i cant order on the self serve screen the lobby is closed and they only take drive through orders.
1. Door days 11p. Its not even 10
2. They had 6 people inside
3. Its mardi gra weekend and your shutting down early?
4.The drive through has a back up of 10 cars cus they take one order clear it make it and doing so pads the nunbers to make it look as if they are pushing out orders fast then it cant be farther from the truth.
As an owner id be pissed simply drom the lost revenue.

I love it all I did have a mistake nun minor and they was pretty busy but thanks to Dezmon was very quick to get my food done and it was fresh I told him he thought he was a manager the way he was moving but overall the Taco Bell is perfect everytime I’m in there I always see Dezmon moving and he always make sure the customers are taken care of

This particular location is either a hit or TOTAL miss. This evening it was nearly the worst I’ve ever had. Pintos and cheese was a block of crumbly, unrecognizable, un-eatable, mess. The grilled cheese burrito had an ingredient that I requested be removed bc I can’t eat it due to an allergy to it; low and behold it was in there. It seemed as if they started to put it on there, then realized and then just left it as is instead of making new. Taco bell has been my favorite fast food, and just about the only fast food I will eat, for over 20 years and today it was complete trash. I now am disgusted by the thought of taco bell which makes me very sad.

I would give it no stars after my visit today. At 1:45 pm today I went through the drive thru and place my order for 3 soft shell tacos and a crunchwrap. Well the lady kept trying to sell me the combos. I didn’t want those, and finally she got my order. After paying for it, I checked my bag and to my surprise it was hard shell tacos. I went inside and before I could even talk to the cashier, I guess the young lady who was the manager on duty walks up to.me and say ” you got issues “. I responded that I don’t have any “issues” I just wanted 3 soft tacos. When I got.home they didn’t have any sour cream. Very poor and unprofessional management.

This is really ridiculous, and this is how I got it out of the bag. Two tacos not even wrapped properly. Let alone you have to deal with workers bad attitude, and not answering any questions. This is how they prepare your food, and serve it.
These were and I paid for 3 Taco Supreme, as you can tell by the pics there’s nothing Supreme about any of them.

Ordered a 5-layer burrito added rice and lettuce and these fools gave me a rice, bean and cheese burrito with NO MEAT!!! This is why I don’t go to taco bell. It’s not even worth me taking it back wasting my time and energy. Itll be 10 more years before I ever go back again. Pathetic!
