Reviews
As always different taste for different folks. Give it a try you may be surprised. They offer a wide variety of dishes. They have chicken, shrimp, beef and tofu.
I called to ask a question about one of their menu items and the woman who took the call was extremely rude, unprofessional, and was sarcastic when I asked for clarification. I was shocked, I asked for the manager and shortly after, she hung up on me while I was speaking.
I hope management reads this review. After being a loyal customer for many years, I will no longer be coming back. The food may be good but with disrespectful customer service like the one she had, it doesn’t feel comfortable coming back. This is how businesses lose customers.
Her tone was harsh, impatient, and felt like she was trying to rush me out the door. Every question or instruction sounded like it was being barked at me. It was disrespectful, unwelcoming, and completely unnecessary. I’ve never been made to feel so uncomfortable just for ordering food. Her behavior was so rude it honestly felt like she was taking her bad day out on me. It was disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable as a paying customer. I’m shocked someone like this is allowed to represent the business.
If this is how customers are treated when the restaurant is EMPTY, I can’t imagine what it’s like when they’re busy. I genuinely hope management reads this because experiences like this are how businesses lose customers. I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be letting friends/family know to avoid this location. The food could be great, but it doesn’t matter when the customer service is this hostile.
We ordered the chicken teriyaki with rice and a beef and chicken teriyaki combo with rice. Both dishes were absolutely delicious! The portions were generous, and the flavor was spot on – savory, well-balanced, and simply mouth-watering.
Although the price was on the higher end, we felt it was well worth it for the quality and taste. We took our meals home and enjoyed every bite. This spot has definitely made it onto our list of favorites, and we plan to visit again soon.
If you’re in the mood for some top-notch teriyaki, I highly recommend giving this place a shot. You won’t be disappointed!
The value here is not the combo plate, as it’s $2.49 more to add a bit of salad spring mix than the large only plate with 2 meats. If you’re good with one meat, their bowls come in S, M or L. Otherwise, order the two proteins combination you want in the large only size ($13.50). Avocado is an extra $2.30 and brown rice is an extra 50 cents. If you substitute vegetables for rice, it’s an extra $4. They’re ask you if you want brown or white rice or avocado with every bowl / plate order.
There’s some seating inside, 7 tables in all. Most people take their orders to go. They take credit cards, but not American Express or Discover. Plenty of parking in the plaza.
We’ve only ordered to-go. Got the beef and chicken combo plate that only came with beef, a large chicken bowl ($11.75), and large beef bowl ($12.75). We also picked up some extra large bowls for family members. The food is good, but can get a little heavy with the teriyaki sauces. We had leftovers for the next day, but the rice got hard quickly and the meat as well, so I recommend to finish what you can.
My wife and I were looking for a high protein / low carb meal for dinner to balance out our earlier meals of low protein and high carb, “The Spot” did not disappoint!
Protein packed lean beef on a bed of broccoli and cabbage that’s perfect for boosting testosterone! Boom! Great spot for our current diet/training regimen.
The low calorie dinner made room for a treat, the soda drink.
