I’ve come here many times before. I ordered 3 burritos, 2 needing grilled veggies. I saw there was hardly none so I said politely, grilled veggies are almost gone and I need them on 2 burritos. Instead of asking someone to put some on, he said well it will take 15 mins. To make some. I said I’ve been here before and it has only taken 5 mins. There was a guy in the back standing around. And a woman filling the water and pop refrigerator. Doesn’t even ask one of them to do it. That’s crazy, it would have been so easy to make an effort for customer satisfaction. I see you closing in the future. I will not be going back!

We came in to order food 2 hours before close and there were two guys working behind the counter. Neither of them acknowledged us when we came in. We stood at the counter waiting to order for 5 minutes. And still neither of the employees said anything to us. One of the guys was sweeping the kitchen the whole time and the other stood there in front of us looking down at the counter. Eventually we left because clearly no one was going to take our order or help us. The guy at the counter just clearly didn’t want to do his job. Terrible customer service.

I placed and order for a chicken bowl midway into the order they told me there fajita Veg needed to be cooked and it will be 3 min. The person that was preparing to cook it was on the phone. Because it was going to take longer and I didn’t want my food sitting I requested for them to make another bowl. The manager (lady) said she couldn’t do that. She was rude and I won’t be going back. Who wants cool /cold food

I ordered 2 orders of the 3 soft taco’s of my choice for $19.95. Anything u want on them. Load it up! Some more pics 2 googlers. Food was delicious . Free birthday chips n salsa 2. Choose to dine in 2. Haven’t since CORONA Pandemic started. Felt almost normal again to be out in public without a mask . Only 1 other party in restaurant. I still choose 2 wear a mask if the place is populated.

Yikes!!! I’m so glad I did not read the reviews before choosing to go to Qdoba. Normally I go to chipotle but the last several times I’ve gone were absolutely horrible so I thought I would give Qdoba a shot.
I ordered online and picked up the order. It was made perfectly and portion good for $- I paid for extra chicken. I don’t know what their normal serving is but it was plenty. I was impressed with the taste of the chicken. It wasn’t rubbery and it actually had a grilled flavor with some seasoning not a lot, but it wasn’t bland.
I wish the receipt would tell you who put the order together because whoever it was, they did a great job and it sounds like this place has been having some issues-The two ladies who I saw running, the front, seemed very pleasant and seemed to being doing a great job- 3/27 around 11:30
Hope this wasn’t just a fluke and I lucked out because it would be nice to have this as a lunch/ dinner option-

This was my first time trying this restaurant the food was great but what I really liked was the overall experience there was a guy name Richard and he was so nice and professional helped me put my bowl together and was super nice when I was confused about menu items I’ll definitely be coming back to this location !!!
