Food was excellent and fairly priced. We had been looking for a noodle house like this for a week!
Friendly and accommodating staff with a clean, comfortable, albeit small space. Large portions that are easily shareable. Don’t pass this one up, we will be back!

Exceptional food. Ramen is delicious with multiple options available. Salt pepper chicken and mochiko chicken apps were very good too. The ramen combos with a small bowl of ramen, gyoza and one more dish (like fried rice or beef curry) are a great way to try different things. Spicy chicken, spicy beef and black garlic oil tonkotsu ramen were all fresh, well presented, large portions and tasty. Service was super quick and efficient too. Highly recommend.

Today was my first visit to Ikkyu Ramen in Waikoloa, and it will not be my last. Although it was hot outside, inside the restaurant was a cool & comfortable temperature to enjoy some ramen. The food was delicious, prices are very reasonable and the service was superb. I got the Combination A with beef curry as my side choice and I requested to make my ramen spicy. The food did not disappoint at all. Great place to visit when in the area.

The service at this ramen place was amazing!!!! From start to finish. The portions are huge. The wings were perfectly crispy the dumplings were on point, crab rangoon some people in our party loved it others were indifferent. The fries needed another minute or two in the fryer and would have been so perfect. The ramen was very good lots of flavor in the broth—the noodles were not my favorite that i have ever had but they were very good. Definitely give this place a try. You can sit inside or outside, if you choose to sit outside you can watch the sunset.

Broths were all solid, a bit lighter in flavor than others I’ve had but thought the Shoyu, Mapo, and Tonkotsu flavors were good. Also tried shrimp fried rice, gyoza, and mochiko chicken (which was best of the sides).
Most surprising was the very generous portions, a combo ramen came with a mini bowl that is regular sized in other places along with the gyoza and combo selection which would have been a full meal itself. Regular ramen bowls were quite large, had to pack it all up to finish later!

It’s good place to have delicious dinner. Portions are huge. Soup was delicious and fried rice very good. We also had curry chicken, which was tasty and fried calamari strips was great. All food was adjusted to our liking and served hot and delicious.

Unfortunately this was not for us- we were excited that they had a few vegan options – its pretty hard to find options here. The food was not good- the ramen tasted more like instant ramen and the broth was pretty bland. My husband also got a blueberry smoothie but it was made with colored powder . It felt like fast food but the price point was not matching the quality of the food. Also the spoon for the chili sauce was laying flat in the jar- just did not feel hygienic.
