Would give zero stars if I could. The past few orders that were placed with this location have had issues. Late delivery, incorrectly made, and cold upon delivery. This specific time I placed an order I was given a delivery time of just over 30 minutes. I received an email stating my order was on its way at 7:17 and it is now over an hour later and still NO food. I called and then was told “well we are really busy so give them another 10-15 minutes.” As my hungry toddler is screaming into the phone, I proceed to try and explain my emails and was cut off and told “like I said, we are busy give them more time”. My husband calls 10 minutes later requesting a manager, she stated she was one and continued her rude “explanation” to him. She continued to cut him off and ultimately she hung up on him. This interaction was beyond unprofessional by “claimed management”. Completely unacceptable.
Update: pizza was delivered cold AND incorrectly made AGAIN!! As you can see in the receipt we ordered NO ONIONS, as there is an allergy. Well what’s on the pizza we waited over an hour for?…. Onions. Completely unacceptable.

If I could do 0 stars I would believe me . This is the worst pizza I’ve ever had. We spent $80 dam dollars on 4 pepperoni 2 cheese. When I tell you I will NEVER eat at that place ever again and I don’t know how your still in business. The burnt part of the bottom is separating from the pizza and the cheese is slim to none on top and the toppings we didn’t get and the one pizza we ordered with red sauce because my son is allergic to the red sauce. I sure hope I get my money back

Ordered a salad. They left out the lettuce… How do you not remember to put lettuce on a salad?! Pizza was gross. It was some how burnt on the bottom but not cooked all the way. Some parts had no cheese or anything just big gross bubble’s. I called and was told the manager says no refunds. I sent pictures for them to give to the manager and was told I’d be taken care of. Never heard from anyone.. on top of that we were less then a mile away and it took an hour for delivery. I really like Marcos when they do it right but this place should be evaluated and put under new management. Do your self a favor and stay away from this location.

Online order placed stating delivery time in 30 mins. I was able to track order online and saw order was out for delivery very quickly. We live about 5 mins away. I called after 50 mins without delivery and was told driver has 4 deliveries in 4 different directions. Order arrived 1 hour and 39 mins after order placed. Pizza was lukewarm. Not even offered a discount and store argued with me and said, “well it’s not going to be hot” and “driver said it was warm”. It WAS NOT! Last time we ordered here they only delivered 1/2 of the order and we had to go pick up the rest after paying for delivery (there is a delivery fee). We tried to give them another chance but we are done here! We will take our business elsewhere for better service and better quality food.

Our first time. We went in trying to find a good eat-in pizza place, we were disappointed to say the least. Pizza was good, we’d order it and do pick up.
Atmosphere was one notch below a high school cafeteria. One boy I believe to be a worker, who wasn’t working, came in with a couple of friends and just walked into the back where food was being prepared and came out chewing which leads me to believe he stuck his hands in food at the prep station. I would have left but we had placed out order 10 minutes before, so I know his hands weren’t near our food.
I person who took our order didn’t try to up sell anything, wish he had because there were things we saw sitting there that we would have liked.
When we finally got our pizza, we had to ask for paper plates the kid at the counter looked like we interrupted his conversation with one of the other workers in the food prep area. It turned into a loud conversation which was very annoying.

We ordered pizza and wings, I took one bite into my pizza and realized that there was hair in it! Called Marcos and they refused to do anything for me unless I brought the “hair in my food” back to the restaurant. It’s not close to my house, and it was 9pm at night. I will never order from them again.

I parked in the empty parking lot ordered through the app. I ordered two medium pizzas, one pepperoni with red onions on a thin crust and one light crust pepperoni. I waited 20 minutes, went through the drive-thru, and received my order. I drove home, which is 20 minutes away, paying a toll and everything to get there. I opened the box, and my thin crust had pepperoni and bacon instead of red onions. My other pizza was correct, but I just don’t understand how you get bacon instead of red onions. They really need to take their jobs seriously before they kill someone. Working in the food industry, you have to pay close attention to what you are putting in people’s food. I get that most employees in fast food now are young, but I was young once, and I made sure I made the order correctly. It’s not hard to read the order slowly and make sure the order is the same when giving it out. Read the ticket and check to make sure the order is right.

Ok I just have to say something that bothered me, I pulled up to the “drive through” window to ask if I could order at the window (literally no one else was there! Like NOT A SINGLE CUSTOMER!) and I was told no. I pulled directly in front of Marcos, called and ordered a pizza and cheesy bread. They don’t have regular breadsticks (I asked multiple times). They said it would take about 20 minutes. I pulled around the drive through again the was able to get my order right away. It would have saved so much time if they just took my order at the window and I just sat there and waited for it. I’m just saying when they aren’t busy it wouldn’t kill them to take an order at the window. I even told them I had my 3 hungry kids in the car.
The food itself is okay but far from the best.

rude words while taking on the phone my order at this pizzeria — not just once, but several times. Then they asked if the insults were meant for me, and after that, they hung up the phone while I was trying to place my order. Wow, what kind of service is this? The worst experience ever. I imagine the people working that Sunday night have no manners, yelling and insulting a customer who just wants to order a pizza.

Visiting the area and ordered pizza to our rental condo, after 50 minutes of tracking the order said it was delivered but it was nowhere to be seen. I called and Nick answered, checked the status and concluded that DoorDash, who had been hired to deliver the order, had stolen it. He assured me they would remake the order and deliver it themselves, and 45 minutes later it was Nick himself at our door with the replacement order. A bad experience made right, thanks Nick.
