La Casita is comfort food for locals. Their rice is different from all other Spanish rice out there and it’s my favorite for that reason. The stuffed sopapilla is delicious and perfectly portioned. I love their red chile!

Don’t tell me these aren’t Delimex taquitos. And this rice?! You mean rice soup?! Holy cow! I had the burger many weeks ago and enjoyed it and came back and tried something different. I definitely won’t be back with as their taquitos are DEFINITELY store bought and their rice is some sort of rice mush/soup. I love to support local, but Del Taco being doing better on their Mexican food than this place. Their salsa is the ONLY thing worth having.

I been driving by and decided I need to stop and grab a lunch. I had the soft chicken taco plate. Got chips, salsa and an extra sopapilla. Everything was delicious. Meal size for was perfect for lunch. Real honey. Glad a new place I can stop by and get a good meal. Will be back

My favorite spot! Best burger and always crispy fries! Chile is so tasty. The melted cheese is so good! Food served perfect literally every visit. Love this place. Carne adovada burritos are also very good! Sopapillas are yummy and crispy!

La Casita has great food, they have the best New Mexican food from Socorro to Santa Fe. The sopapilla’s are delicious and the enchilada plates are generous. The price is also the lowest around. We eat their at least once a week. 5 star food and service.. It is takeout only..

The best green chile enchiladas in the area. I had a hard time finding some decent New Mexican food moving to Rio Rancho. This is definitely very reasonably priced and tastes like home made food. Highly suggest!!!

Visited last Friday for the first time and had tamales with red and green chile. The tamales were awesome, and I’d have a difficult time choosing between the red and green chile. My companion had enchiladas and highly recommended both the tamales and carne adovada. Although it is take out only, there are a couple of tables out front with shade.
